I'm currently involved with a guy for about a year and a half now. He's more devoted to this relationship than i am. The problem started ever since i told him that i'm moving overseas for good because I have been offered a good job opportunity. He's not willing to let go of me and wants to continue "us" as a long distance relationship but frankly speaking i dont feel the same.

Recently i found out that my ex is also there (the place that i'm moving to) who i was very much in love with (and vice versa). Ever since my ex found out that i'm moving to the same place as him he says that all those feelings that he felt for me (when we were together) have rushed back and he can't wait to see me and be with me and to be honest i feel the same way.

So i'm kind of torn between the two. I feel i should be with the one i love (the ex) but i feel awful leaving my current bf like that cos he is very much in love with me. What should i do?

please give genuwine advice only.

I have been born into a fortunate life, and would like to share it with a woman who, through no fault of her own, has been born into an unfortunate life. In Australia, woman can get help from the government if they have become a widow or no longer a have a partner to help raise their children. Also, education is easily available to nearly all. If this is not the case for some woman in India, that doesnt mean that they are any less of a person, just in a bad situation. If I travel to India, what are some relaxed ways to get to know women in unfortunate circumstances?

But haven't seen or spoken to him since then? Is it worth it or should I just forget about him and leave it all in the past. We were not really friends, but we did talk every once in a while.

I go to school with this amazing girl. We started out as friends, and we'd talk all the time in class and online. After a while, I realized she wanted to be more than friends, and that made me uncomfortable. See, I was completely attracted to her in every way but physically. At the time, she was really overweight and no matter how much I wanted to, I couldn't find her physically attractive. She'd ask to hang out, and whether she meant it as friends or more, I don't know, but I'd say I had plans so she never got the wrong idea.

Well, now she's dropped all of the weight and she looks fantastic. We were still friends up until I asked her out, and she told me, flat out, no, because she was still the same person as before and even though she STILL LIKES ME, she couldn't deal with the fact that I only like her now because she's attractive.

But I liked her before! I just wasn't attracted until now. Am I wrong to pursue her? Should I give up or talk to her about it?

This guy hasn't worked or done any volunteer work in 4 years. His mother supports him, although he doesn't live with her. He's also a chronic pot smoker. Mom buys his groceries, he does his laundry at her place, and he uses her address for his bills, which probably means she's paying his expenses. I've only known him two weeks but I see red flags here. I'm just feeling like I should run the other way - and probably will. By the way - he's 46! He had a low-paying career prior to stopping work, so I imagine he has little savings and requires her help. The whole thing just doesn't feel right.
