Women say 'I'm too tired' or think about the week ahead etc but men can rapidly switch on and think Yippee and forget how late it is etc.

For the past 3 days me and my boyfriend have not had anything to really talk about. When he calls I ask him what he's doing and how his day went. He usually tells me that it was good. But after a few minutes we get quiet. I try to start up a conversation by saying something but it hasn't been working. I start getting uncomfortable. For the past few days when it has gotten quiet on the phone he'll say that he is going to call me back. Then I don't hear for him until 5 hrs later. When I'm feeling anxious to talk to him I'll sometimes call him before he calls me back but he doesn't pick up. In my last relationship I was told that I didn't talk enough, but I thought i did. I really don't want him to break up with me becuase I like hime alot. But could this be me feeling insecure or am i really just a boring person?

ok well im 13... and everyone i see has a cellphone kids in school.. anyone... and i want one really bad... first they said no then i heard them talking about it.. so i asked again then they said no.. and it was near christmas yesterday i had to put all the presents under the tree

and i dont think i found any trace of a cellphone last year i wanted a labtop and they said no but on christmas day i had one so is it possible that they got me a cellphone?? but there hiding it ?

There is this guy that I really like and he might like me too. We are really good friends rite now, but whenever we IM or email or talk in person, our conversations hit a lull...idk y! he has a lot more fun w/ his other frends who r girls, but i know he doesnt like them...i just dont know what to talk about w/ him! I'm 17 and my friend, let's call him Joseph, is 19. I'm a senior in high school & he's a college student.

We both take classes at his college, and after class we always go somewhere to eat and hang out. He's really funny, he's mature, he always makes jokes, and he's very polite to me. He opens the door for me so I can go in first & he even pulled me seat out for me one time.

He calls me late at night sometimes just to talk to me and he sends me text messages in 3 different languages (because we both speak three different languages), and we say things to each other like "I look forward to seeing you again tomorrow." He said I'm nice and awesome and he likes my lip gloss.

I can tell he likes to be around me and I like to be around him too, but my question is... Why hasn't he asked me out yet? Neither of us are dating anyone, and I'm ready to go to the next level. I'd like to call him and ask him this very question, but I don't want to freak him out or get rejected. What should I do?

This isn't the most original of problems, but this girl is unlike any other I've ever met. Stunningly gorgeous, awesome personality, good values, good family (from the same city halfway around the world as mine, coincidentally). But of course a girl like that wouldn't be single. She has a long distance boyfriend and they've been dating for about a year. I've only know her for four months and I might only have another six to eight months before I leave this city (we're both here for school only), but I'd hate it if I never did anything about this. I obviously want to respect the fact that she's in a committed relationship, but still let her know how I feel and that she has options, without leaving myself too vulnerable and the ball completely in her court. I know there's no easy answer, but any advice would be great...

Okay... so I like this guy, he plays with his band at a bar every friday and sunday. For almost a month we stared at each other, simled at each other, and when he was performing he was always looking at me. BUT NOTHNIG EVER HAPPENED. But I told him I couldn't call him b/c I'm dating someone now and we should stop chatting. The subject line of his response was "Be careful." And here's his msg:

"I'm glad you think I'm nice and cute and that you like me. But, I can be very nasty too! Yes, I have a hidden nasty boy side.

they have 2 kids together, I hear her name and it makes me soooo angry. I resent his kids coming to stay, I resent looking after them. I wish he didn't have kids with her. or have kids at all.
