For the past 3 days me and my boyfriend have not had anything to really talk about. When he calls I ask him what he's doing and how his day went. He usually tells me that it was good. But after a few minutes we get quiet. I try to start up a conversation by saying something but it hasn't been working. I start getting uncomfortable. For the past few days when it has gotten quiet on the phone he'll say that he is going to call me back. Then I don't hear for him until 5 hrs later. When I'm feeling anxious to talk to him I'll sometimes call him before he calls me back but he doesn't pick up. In my last relationship I was told that I didn't talk enough, but I thought i did. I really don't want him to break up with me becuase I like hime alot. But could this be me feeling insecure or am i really just a boring person?

Do you do anything else besides talk. Do have any hobbies together. Do you go out. Watch movies.
Time together doesn't have to be spent talking it can be spent living

wow this is weird i had like the same problem with the last guy i went out with but i think the real issue was that he just hated talking on the phone weird i know but like all we ended up doing was talking on aim and stuff but for this situation i would say not to worry ur self over it and maybe just dont call him so much i mean time away will really make ur heart grow founder and it makes it so that he will want to talk to u because he has not in so long well i hope this help good luck

I think that happens sometimes when people think they know everything about each other and have nothing else to say. Maybe you guys should try something new together. Most guys would get bored, but don't blame yourself. Some of them want more than what you're giving them.

well,this happens to all couples sometimes.even to normal friends,they have nothing to talk about because they talk all the time. when this happened to me..it kept happening and happening.but nothing happened.you might break up,but i doubt it'll be for that reason.don't worry about it.it's not anything really serious.
