Okay... so I like this guy, he plays with his band at a bar every friday and sunday. For almost a month we stared at each other, simled at each other, and when he was performing he was always looking at me. BUT NOTHNIG EVER HAPPENED. One day before starting to play he gave me his number... but I never called. Now after a few weeks... things changed... He rarely looks at me or smiles.... I guess its over right?

When you didn't call him, he probably felt discouraged and rejected. Try letting him know you're still interested and would like a second chance if he's willing to give you one.

they guy probably thinks that you don't like him, the only way is if you called him and explained to him that you were too nervous to call him, talk to him before or after he plays, you may still have him yet, good luck with it

You should have called him. He clearly figured you weren't interested, so he moved on. I don't think you'd be able to change anything, but talking to him or calling him might do SOMETHING.

He may be imbarassed that he gave you his number and feels that you have rejected him.....
Try giving him a call and apologize..... It may work out....
