I have a lovely boyfriend (I'm 31 he's 27) and we get along fine, weve been seeing each other for a year and we don't live together or anything yet. Neither of us are in any rush to change the situation, but thinking ahead, I have said that I don't think we should 'take things to the next level' unless we can agree on whether or not to have children. I don't want to and he sort of does. I'm afraid that one day he will ask me to have his child and I will have to choose between losing him and losing everything about myself that I value.

He implies that if I did have a kid that he would do all the necessary looking after after the initial bits that only a mother can do. I'm not sure though, that means that I would be responsible for supporting a husband and kids, when I usually struggle just to look after myself.

Everybody I know has kids or wants them and they make me feel like a selfish freak for not wanting them. They say I'll feel different 'when they're my own'. Are they right?

okay so me and my boyfriend matt have been dating for awhile now but idk things just seem like they are going down hill very and i mean very slowly i love him to death and everything but last friday he really screwed up , i would explain but its a long story lets just say that he talked about cheating on me with another girl and i caught him but he didnt cheat when i confronted him he said he dosent know why he said it because he loves me dah dah dah dah dah an then i broke up with him after making him feel bad for about and hour all he kept trying to do that night was make things better and i kept pushing him and being hurtful a week later we got back together and i dont know if i can completley trust him if you dont have trust u dont have nothing. idk we talk like nothing ever happended i will bring up the situation every once in awhile he says hes sorry and everything i just dont know what to do. sometimes its hard to just talk to him. HELP ! i dont know anymore

Hi, I've gone through a lot lately (as you'll have probably seen from previous questions!).. my ex-wife is making it pretty clear she doesn't want me to be a part of my daughters life, constantly making things difficult when i try to arrange to see my daughter, not giving me a chance to be 50% parent in decision making and constantly putting her own needs before my daughters. For example, this weekend instead of my "Xmas" with Kianah, my ex-wife has said she wants Kianah to spend 27th onwards with her auntie instead of me, her natural daddy. She's done this through the solicitor so i await the written version. My ex-wife doesn't want to communicate on anything to do with our daughter to me as an adult. I don't want to be with my ex any more, she's moved on and I'm happy for her, but my interests are in my daughter who i love so much its untrue (i travelled 600 miles this weekend to spend quality time with her). Do i seek custody? Kia says she's unhappy being down there away from me.

My childrens' father who I have had a relationship on and off with for almost 7 years has a cocaine problem. I know he loves us and I know he doesnt want to ruin his life this way but he is weak obviously about it and continues to use it. We have has numerous deep conversations about this and what he needs to do to stop it. He has went into a drug detox program, and changed his phone number (in order to loose the people that he does it with). He keeps promising me he is not going to do it again and I have told him I will leave him if it continues. I dont want my kids to grow up and realize what he does and I also dont want to live my life wondering if he is okay when he doesnt come home for days at a time. I went through the drug thing with my own mother and know how it can ruin a person and thier family. I dont want to go through all of that over again because I am doing good in life and I want to keep it that way for my children.

does love at first sight really exist?
it happened with me and it was a scene out of a movie....
i was minding my business and suddenly saw him walk by... he was average looking not wearing anything that would make him stand out but for that moment i saw only him...
our eyes met and then i walked on feeling whoa wat just happened????
and then i turned back just to see him turning back to see me...
it was something right out of a movie...
i got his phone number from the place where he had come out from, we re meeting for coffee...
is this dumb?

everytime i go out i always seem to end up playing leap frog with someone different.I go out 4 times a week and yet this still doesnt seem to be enough to satisfy me.Ive tried buying toys to cut down on my l appetite for fun and games but nothing works.Any suggestions as im starting to walk funny now and my knees are nearly chaffed to the bone?

I have always openly and willingly given my husband sex any time he wanted, but now I wonder if I should hold back sometimes. I think men may want you more if it's not always available to them like I am to him. He takes it for granted and often doesn't act like he wants me at all. I know a lot of wives hold back sometimes and that way when the husband gets it, he enjoys and appreciates it more. I recently started a new job, and I am playing the catch up game on bills. My previous job was a good paying job while they had accounts to work but my hours ended up getting cut way back, so the paychecks dwindled down. Now that I have a new job, I'm making more money, but the bills dont seem to be getting smaller. I want to do something for my kids, at least have something under the tree for them. I'm really depressed about this, but I feel my main priorty should be to get caught up on all these bills. Please help me!

I've known my friend for like 10 yrs. I feel she doesn't respect me though.
For example, I'll be talking to her on the phone and she'll tell me she'll call me right back. She ends up calling me like two weeks later. This has happened several times.
Another time, she told me she was coming to see me but she never showed up or called.
Last month, I asked her if I could come to her house and she was like "I'll call you later to let you know what time you can come." Of course she didn't call me until about 2 or 3 wks later. When I confronted her, she acted like it was no big deal.
I always apologize when I've wronged her but she never does.
Otherwise, she is the only real friend that I have. She has been the greatest source of support for me. Yes I know she's busy and she has a life.
I know I can't stop talking to her. What do I do?

Well in the past 4 years he alwys teases me in a way that will make me smile. He is a nice guy but the thing is a girl in our school told her feelings to him before I did. And now they are getting along with each other. I really have a crush on this guy. My partner sits playing his xbox live for hours even through the night leaving me to sit on my own fed up and ****** off. Drives me nuts and he never seems to think he's doing anything wrong. Lets start with the beginning. My younger sister had a baby in March. SHe doesn't know who the father is so she and the baby are living with myslef, my mother and little brother. Since the day the baby was born I took care of him. She was healing for two months before she took any action with him. aIt was arranged I would care for the baby while she worked, and she would pay me atleast $150 a month. Now she works 8 hours a day, she will come home and leave with her friends or whatever guy shes into that day without telling me or asking me if its ok. I mean I love my nephew but for 8 months now I have been trapped by her and my mother on taking care of him, and shes a poor mother when she has him. She let him fall in the bath tub and instead of yanking him out immediatly she went to get a towl. Thankfully my brother got him out and helped him breahte through the water in his nose, or we would of lost him. How do I tell her..without hurting her that I am tired of being taken advantage of

ive only met up with him 4 times and i always stay at his place cause i live in a different town to him. i have only kissed him despite him wanting to take "things" further.

Should I let that affect me? Sometimes it doesn't bother me, but quite often I sense a bit of jealousy. I guess I don't make such comments about other actresses etc., because I like her and I see no point in complementing on how other people look, when I am intereseted in her...

Ok my bf wants this expensive phone for x-mass and I told him I will get that phone for him, however the last 3 to 4 days I went to the store they didn’t had it, so I went in on black Friday and they had 3 of them left, so I ask the guys how much it was and it was about 500 for just the phone by it self, I mean I love him so much but I don’t have 500 that I can just lose on a phone, so I call him at work and I told him how much the phone was and I told him they only have 3 left and they wont not get anymore in until after x-mass and I told him I will give him 300 and he can pay the rest of it him self , and he was suppose to buy me something for x-mass also and I start telling him how I never gotten any gift form him and I was compiling, so I give him the money and, and that night he came to my job and I was asking him were his phone was so I can see it and he keep saying I don’t have any phone so he takes out and shows me this ring and he said the phone is too expensive and I fell guilty that I never bought u anything and I just want to get u this ring it cost about 300. I mean it is my money and he acted like he paid for it, I mean I didn’t say anything I just said u shouldn’t have to and I cant take the ring back. And I my suppose to give him something for x-mass
