im seeing this guy casually. he has been chasing me for over a year.
ive only met up with him 4 times and i always stay at his place cause i live in a different town to him. i have only kissed him despite him wanting to take "things" further.
if he was only after sex, would he have given up by now seeing as we have only kissed?he is still contacts me now and then to ask if i want to meet up.

He probably see's you as just a friend, let him know you would like to take it further. Not all guy's are after sex, ask him how he feels about you and if you could take your relationship to an higher level. There are ways to see if he's wanting sex, but as it seems he's not, he likes you or he would of given up 11 months ago. Good Luck :)

Don't give in to the sex until you're married.
That's the only way you'll really know if he's only in it for the sex.
Because then, he'll just leave once he gets it or once he finds out he's gonna have to wait.
My boyfriend also chased me for over a year. We were friends for that long too. Before we started going out, I told him that we're not gonna have sex until we're married. He respects my decision. He said he will never force anything upon me. We have been together for 9 1/2 months and he's still waiting. : } That's when you know someone really loves you.

If he is still talking to you and pursuing you then chances are he is a GENUINE guy....however I would NOT push him to the extreme. if you like him then maybe you guys should be talking and seeing where things COULD go.. don't push yourself into something you don't want but honesty is the best policy.. Why don't you tell him you do like him but you don't want to ruin a good thing with making it into a sexual relationship. Then on the other hand if things are going good and you both like your relationship then leave it.. its really something you have to follow your heart on. . but your right he wouldnt' be sticking around with NO sex if SEX was the only thing he wanted...

Quite possibly, as I would've given up on you by now as the chances of laying and spanking your cute little booty would be slim to none! But that is me and maybe he thinks and believes that you are worth the wait.

IF SOMEONE CARES FOR SOMEONE THEY MAKE AN EFFORT TO SHOW IT. CALLING SEVERAL TIMES A WEEK AND INTERESTED IN YOUR THOUGHTS AND FUTURE. ANYTHING LESS SHOULD BE CONSIDERED A CASUAL ACQUAINTANCE. it could be that he is just waiting until you have sex. The prospect of getting laid is a pretty good incentive for a guy to hang around. My advie would be to give him a ******** and see if he comes back for more. you can also guage how long he lasts!!!!lol

Guys will not give up on something they really want especially if it involves sex. Dont give into him cause if he really cares for you, he will wait until you are ready.
