Just ask him to meet you under the bench and tell him you love him,simple,i did the same too.He was cute and i saw him ringing the school bell daily.i asked him to meet me under the bench.

I would do everything to make an opportunity to introduce each other formally, and become a friend.
Becoming friends each other is non-pressure approach, but at the same time, very reliable approach to develop in to loving relationship.

number 2: Maybe get a friend to introduce you to him, or do it yourself. Come off as a friend, but a bit flirty…not too much. You want to be friends before going into a relationship. Get to know him, go to the movies, go eat, like dates but as friends. Hint off you kind of like him, maybe hug him or touch him a bit, like his arm…not downstairs.
