My 25 year old daughter has decided basically that she's not ready to be a mom and has no patience with this child. The baby has been living in my home full time as of about 2 months ago. I have nothing in writing that allows me any rights. I have to tread on thin ice whereas my daughter is concerned. While she wants income tax on the child and wants COMPLETE custody and say so over said child, she has NO desire to care for her. As a matter of fact, she visits maybe twice a week for 10-30 minutes and sometimes takes the baby once a week for up to 10-12 hours to give me a break. (Her words) I am listed on paperwork with the childs pediatrition but my concern is that she has NO birth certificate yet and will lose her medical benefits if I don't obtain one. My daughter is dragging her feet on doing this. Hard to get her to cooperate with anything involving paperwork. I need something in writing that gives me some sort of rights so I can get necessary paperwork and such for this baby.

ok so my best friend just went shopping and spent 600 dollars at 1 store.shes is a little richer than me and brags about her new clothes every day. i get sick of it and it is anoying. last week my boyfriend came to USA from australia on a visitor visa. but now he wants to get permanent here and get greencard so tht he can get a decent job and work legally. his uncle suggested him to get marry with someone who has citizenship so tht he can get his greencard. i cannot marry him becoz i feel we r too young to get marry ( he is 23 and im 21) i m still in nursing school also my family thinks this is not a good idea coz we r not settled yet we dont have good job to run house. therefore he asked me if he can marry with someone else for 6 monthsto get greencard after 6 months whn he will get his greencard he will divorce her. so he asked me to marry him after he gets divorce. wht should i say plz help

When I first met my girlfriend about a year ago, she would always say "I'll never get married" and "marriage isn't for me". However, after a year of dating, we're totally in love with each other, and she doesn't say those things anymore. Did she change her mind about marriage? BTW, she is 27 years old now.

hi everyone, this is not a perverted question, this is true and im looking for serious answers

me and my girlfriend are both 13. she was at her uncle's house in VA(we live in NJ) for thanksgiving and she just got back today. when she was at her uncles house, she said"brb, goin to the bathroom"
i said"have fun" which i said just jokin around like usual.
she came back and said"i had fun, and i was thinkin about you ;-)"
"i asked her if she was serious and she said yes. i obviously knew what she meant. joking around again, i asked if next time, i could do it for her. she said yea sure. then she asked if she could do the same thing(kinda) to me. i said yea sure. i dont know if she expects to do it or not, but she has done it before with her ex boyfriend(and no, shes not a whore, shes only been with 2 guys)

He's 35yrs. and has batteled Hodgkin's Disease since 1994. We have a 14yr. old son, & a 9yr. old daughter who is a carbon-copy of her father. My family is EXTREMELY close,as are we. They long to know these "other-people", who had NO-SAY in the decision made by ONE person that actually affected MANY, for YEAR'S!!! I respect her decison, but she told NO-ONE of her pregnancy. Not even the bio.- father. I believe my family has the right to see if these people would like to know, see, meet,etc. us. She does not have the right to speak for all the people who were biologically involved then, AND now, 35yrs. later. Now she's messing with MY Family! I believe, with all the info. I currently have from the State (WI.) (Family & Health History due to his illness) AND THIS SITE, we can find the other-half of our family. I'm running out of my limit of characters, so I'll get in what I can. DOB-Dec. 4th.,1970. She was born in a town in MI. with a pop. under 200 in 1950. Her sister was 4 in 1970.

I have a beautufl 28 yr. old married daughter w/ 2 beautiful grand children, that I cherish so much. My dilemna: My son in law is very self centered and controling, he tells my daughter things like it costs him $37 a night for her to live there and when she spends the night w/ me and my husband it is throwing money down the drain, that is one of many examples of why I say he is self centered and controling...agree so far? I made a big mistake and told my daughter how I feel about him, she became defensive and told me I am depressed and trying to break up their marriage! She now only calls when she needs me to child sit which is only about 2 times a month. She has her father in law and brother at their home constantly. This Thanksgiving I was hoping to have her family here for dinner but no, she made plans w/ them like has been going on for years. When I told her how hurt this makes me...she told me I am jealous. Things start hot, she goes distant, run hot and cold, finally she says she needs to be by herself but then texts me all the time. My brother-in-law (my sis's husb.) asked my brother advice on his curiousity of same sex relationships. FYI:my brother is gay. He told my brother that he is turned on looking at gay porn sites. My brother told him to talk to his wife about how he was feeling and was told to mind his own damn business and not to interfere with his marriage. He's borrowed money from my cousin's husband and has not returned any of it. If I approach my sis, she will accuse me of ruining her life & tell me to mind my business. I've been dating this guy for about 2 months. Last night we were watching a movie and he wanted to have sex. For the first time I said no, that I just wanted to watch the movie. He got up and said he was going home. I thought he was joking but he actually left. Now I don't know what to think. I called him about a half an hour later and couldn't believe he was really home.
