looks aren't everything. by chatting and getting to know someone online it would be very easy to fall inlove.

yes it is possible. I knew my husband through his brother who was in USA but my husband was in Egypt and I was in USA. We talked on phone, online for hours daily. And of course we exchanged pictures and sometimes saw each other on webcam ;) I can say I had a lot of feelings for him close to love, but I was very definite it was real love when I met him face to face. m Sometimes people get to talk rarely online and not even see how the other person looks like and do not communicate that much and think that this is love. A lot of people lie abt their true identity too. Those are examples of long distance relationship but they're different. Some can be real and can be worked out and some not. I do not advice that a long distance relationship be longer than a few months. I met my husband after 5 months of knowing him. Some people wud waste a yr, 2, or more without seeing the person they're talking and end up being shocked cuz they feel it's just not the same. why? r u in love with someone u haven't seen hehehe

I think you can fall in love with someone's personality easily. But I agree that the person you're talking to is gonna be on there best behavior and they have time to think of the correct responses and stuff. In person you can see that person's facial expressions and their real reactions to you. Be careful if you are going to meet that person. Tell someone you trust all about them and the meeting place. There are people who do this for sport and hurt people(fatally). I hope it works out for you though, I've heard of instances where this exact thing happened and it was true love. Good luck!

Yes it is but I wouldn't recommend it. I just got out of a relationship that started out this way but it did not have a happy ending. One thing about internet dating is that the person does not get to really know you and you don't get to really know them. You can be as honest as possible with them, but it does not mean that they'll give you that same respect which is what I just went through. He was a liar, cheater, and very manipulative person and I would have never thought that in the beginning. I learned the hard way. Now, let me say that this may not be your experience, you have to do what your heart, gut and head tells you to do, that way you won't have any regrets.

No, because you know what that preson is sayin to keep you happy.... you have not meet them or anything they could be crazy...... Looks aren't everything but plz meet this person and spend time with them so you can see if the person you know on the internet is still the person you see before you because it woudln't be the first time someone lied on the chat rooms....

I would say its easy to fall in love with the personality the person portrays. However, just because he sounds sweet and nice on-line doesn't mean he is in real life. Be careful!
