When I first met my girlfriend about a year ago, she would always say "I'll never get married" and "marriage isn't for me". However, after a year of dating, we're totally in love with each other, and she doesn't say those things anymore. Did she change her mind about marriage? BTW, she is 27 years old now.

probably she might have said that to scare u or to prove shes independent like she doesnt need a marriage to be happy but now after finding the right guy she can see why she wud want to. cuz what wud u have thought if from the begining she wa slike oooo marriage and i cant wait to get married and all that stuff u might have been like okay nutjob lol.....some times when ur with someone they can change ur mind! i'd say if ur ready u shud ask her to marry u :) good luck to you both!

Yes, she did change her mind. Most likely she had the fear of commitment out of the fear of abandonment. Now most definitely she is feeling more secure. However, if you start talking about marriage again, most likely she still is going to back off a little bit just to make sure that you are very serious about your feelings. Be persistent and don't give up and she will be your wife way sooner than you think/.

she might have been saying that because she didnt feel like she would find someone that she wanted to marry. but if you are in love, ask her. she will probably say yes

Could be! There's only one way to know and that is to talk to her about it. It could just be that she knows you know how she feels about the subject or it could be she is just so blown away that you've changed her mind forever. You won't know until you talk to her.

as a women gets older she will want more and more to commit and she might have been saying those things b/c she thought that thats what you wanted to here go ahad and propose you know you want to thats why your asking and i bet you wont be disapointed! good luck! =]
