I am working overseas, youngest and only boy (26 yr-old, single) among the ‎seven member of my family. All my elder sisters were married (two are divorcee ‎and two are widows). I am supporting my sick mother and helping my three ‎sister's children for their school tuition fee and other expenses. I felt I am too ‎generous enough for what I am doing but I don't feel regrets at all. Each ‎month ends, there is nothing left in my salary to be kept as a savings. I am sick ‎and tired of doing this and need some good advise!‎

I have a frequent quarrel with my wife, she has different belives and opinion, i have different believe and opinion. She is short tempered and get irritate on so many small things. To cope up with this, I am not able to express my feelings properly, as she become aggresive and violent. What she says, i should not argue/discuss with her, when she is angry. So i need to pull the things back, and do as per her wish, later once she is in a good mood, i can tell her.I feel very bad for the same. I really want to stop day to day quarrel and suffering for both of us.I can't leave her,we can't go to any marriage councelor. Please suggest.

Although I am very sad about it, their relationship was awful. He was physically and emotionlly abusive with her and he was a heavy drug user. He died of an acute infection and his death was unexpected (23 yrs old) and has two young children from another relationship. My sister is very much their surrogate mother, because their real mum is also a heavy drug user. I know this sounds horrible, but I can't really feel sad about his death because of how he treated my sister. I don't really know how to approach this situation.

If you have very good source of income at abroad and you are the only son and could earn in your home country decent enough but not able to save anything. You fear how would u cope if an unexpected huge expenditure come on you. But u dont want to leave ur parents alone, nor u can accomodate them overseas.

Heres the story(4weeks)...this girl, we always use to go lunch, out to movies, and even the occasional dinner/going out with friends of ours. Everything was really great...she likes to touch me alot, and we always use to laugh....now all thats gone, the past week has been really hard as i dont know what has happened. Her B/f did break up with her, but we use to go on lunches even before that happened. I didnt make the move cause i really didnt want to move too fast for the girl. Im so annoyed at her this past week...she doesnt respond to my txt's, unless its really urgent, and she seems to have gotten real distant from me...i have yet to ask her why, but she works with me, and i dont want to say anything yet...i really like her, and dont know what to do...One thing i noticed though, is shes really nice and laughing to everyone else...but shes now got a awkward feeling towards me everytime im there, as if she doesnt want to talk to me/ignoring me. and then we think girls arent evil?

Bonjour. I am originally from France, but moved to California 8 months ago to be with my new husband. I have 2 children, aged 14 and 17 and both males. My problem is that my boys hate it here, and they hate my husband, simply because he is American. I never raised them like that, but their father was very anti-American, and there was some very anti-American sentiment by their classmates back in France since the invasion of Iraq, so they must have learned it from these 2 sources. But I have also though that maybe they are mad at me for remarrying. But I don’t know what to do. They say they want to go back to France and live with their father, but he was abusive and I now have soul custody. They really hate it here though. They refuse to speak English, although they have a very good knowledge of the language. I have them enrolled in a French school in Los Angeles, but their grades are terrible, but they used to be perfect students back in Lyon. They are always fighting with their step-father and calling him horrible things when my husband does nothing but treat them nice. Now I find that they are getting very depressed. I can’t even get them to talk to me very much anymore. They say they are angry with me for bringing them here. I have no idea what to do. I can’t let them live with their father, but I was thinking of sending them to live with my sister in Paris or my mother in Lyon, but that does not solve their hatred for this country and the people here. I feel overwhelmed by this situation. I love my children, and I want them to live with me, but I don’t know how to fix this situation that I am in. My boys were perfect children, but now they have changed dramatically. Please help me!

I had a crush on a neighbor back about 16yrs ago. He was 1yr older and we were really close friends. Inseperable at times but young. He moved away after about a year and a half of living next door to each other and we lost touch. I then moved out of state too but about 5yrs ago we found each other online and exchanged #'s. He doesn't use email at all anymore but we talk every couple months for a few hours at a time. We haven't seen each other in about 16yrs now. I never knew if he knew how I felt back then so about 6 months ago I tried telling him on the phone and couldn't. I ended up text messaging him but he never replied. Told him that I didn't know if he knew but regretted never telling him how I felt BACK THEN. Never heard anything back. Tried called but nothing. He called a few weeks ago but never mentioned it and I didn't want to bring it up and make things akwards. I still really care about him but dont know how to tell him. Help me! I don't know what to do!!

I confronted a girl that I have been friends with for years. She seemed to like me, so I asked. She denied that she does, but ever since she continues to bring the subject up. She also has begun to talk to me about anything involving dating, and she told some little girls that I was her boyfriend one time. She then asked me if that was ok and whether I thought it was funny. She also finds her way to me in a room of many people. What is the truth here?

I search the Internet for make a wish, the only site I found was for children with life threatening. How about healthy children but the mother got disable. Is there any kind of organization who takes care of this kind of need? I really want my children to have the Christmas they wish to have every year.

She is arranging a night tomorrow for her girlfriends to come around to watch me present my paycheck to her. I really love her but I overheard her telling her girlfriends about the "collaring ceremony", I think she might have been referring to our date. I am really scared that if I don't submit to her she has other guys that will. I already know of 2 that have offered her percentages of their paychecks. If mine is not enough I might still lose her. How much should I give? I love her so much and don't want to lose her.

Greetings,
While reviewing the gust list for my son's 13th birthday party I asked about a few kids I did not know. He invited one girl because she was hot. Then we came to this boy, he sayed he did not really know him but he is of a different faith then us. I tryed to tell him that bigotry is wrong and to invite this kid because of his different faith is just as wrong as not inviting him. I don't think he got the concept. Any suggestions on how to explane this to a future teen ager. His concern is that he will be called a racist or something along those lines.

If it is only meant as a "formal" commitment which can be abused anyways? Is it just to secure the monetary terms incase of the break up?
So, people can not be committed without the marraige ceremony and the official peice of paper?

Why not just have the freedom of having/experiencing different partners in your life instead of being stuck with the same one ALL OF YOUR LIVING LIFE?
Why go through the trouble when you know the novelty of it all will wear of after a few years and your natural desires will be taking you to look for someone else, regardless of the initial emmotions you had about this person?
