If it is only meant as a "formal" commitment which can be abused anyways? Is it just to secure the monetary terms incase of the break up?
So, people can not be committed without the marraige ceremony and the official peice of paper?
Why not just have the freedom of having/experiencing different partners in your life instead of being stuck with the same one ALL OF YOUR LIVING LIFE?
Why go through the trouble when you know the novelty of it all will wear of after a few years and your natural desires will be taking you to look for someone else, regardless of the initial emmotions you had about this person?

Some people get lucky...some don't. Plain and simple. I have'nt
met a man yet who had his head on straight, except my Grand-
father. I'm sure there are good ones out there....but personally, I
have not met a man I would want to marry. I got over it. Marriage
is a huge responsibility. And to many people take it to lightly. Life
changes, people's thinking changes, their bodies changes...and
to many people can't handle that aspect of life. Marriage can be
a blessing or a curse. If I can't have someone who is right for me
then I don't want to "just settle" for any person. I'll be happier
staying single.

People get married for lots of different reasons. Love, companionship, security, the desire to raise a family. You aren't ready for those commitments so go have fun.. Married people live longer and are less depressed than single people. You don't have to get married you may find someone who you wish to have a long term relationship with who doesn't want to get married either, so live together.Lots of folks do, especially in Quebec Canada..
When you get older you may change your mind or not.
It's your life you have to live it your way.

No one should get married unless they want to. Marriage is not for everyone. Who you marry has a lot to do with how it turns out. I felt compelled to try marriage. I'm divorced now, but I'm not sorry that I had the experience. If you don't feel the need to try marriage, then enjoy your life and don't look back.

Obviously, you shouldn't be married. But I love being married. I get to have the best sex all the time with my best friend and he never has to leave and go home. And, because as you pointed out, sex of course gets a little boring, so me and my best friend always have a blast just hanging out. I would never trade spots with anyone else for all of the finest *** on the planet.

Seem like you answered your own question..lol. I'm happily married and I love every bit of my relationship. If you don't have respect for your marriage, it wont work out. You just gotta keep the flame burning in the marriage..I know we do.

You don't really want an answer to this question. You've already decided what you feel about it - it's obvious. All of your questions are rhetorical. But, thanks for playing!
