My son is turning 1 in Dec. I hate his grandmother on my husbands side. at my baby shower she stared trouble and ran people off... i told my husband about it and he did nothing just said it is my mother,,,, i told him this year she better act like an adult because it isnt about her and her ex husband it is about our son Wyatt. i also told him i would ask her to leave an he got mad at me and started a fight any suggestions on how to handle this?

Guys, what do you REALLY mean when you tell an ex that you should "hang out" together. Why would you tell an ex to contact YOU if she ever wanted to hang out and see a movie. This is what my ex-bf told me and I dunno why he left the ball in my court and didn't ask me directly.


After 8 months, I saw my ex on the university campus that we both go to. He seemed happy to see me and after 5 or 10 minutes, he said he had to go , then he said "give me a shoutout and we can do something" , and I just looked at him, and he said "yeah we can see a movie together or anything you want", I just said bye and walked away. By the way, he was the one to end the relationship and we never had sex cuz he knows I'm saving it for marriage.
What did he mean by that?

I have been dating this man for 2 years. He has been divorced for a year now and been seperated for two. At first it was wonderful we were planning our lives together, life was great. Then as the divorced progress the more our relationship suffered. Our biggest problem is his exwife, she threatens to take his child away from him. She has said on many occations that she doesn't want me around.

The issues that we are having is that he doesn't want to get married any time soon and the thought of having another child scaries him. I want to move on with life and he wants to make sure he isn't making another mistake. What should I do? Should I call it quits and move on? Or stay with the man I love and hope he gets through this?

i know you are trying to help but i CANNOT tell her how i feel because she is like a best friend to me. like i said i dont know if its love but i feel that i have always liked her but just couldnt admit it. when i eventually did i realised then that i had liked her since the moment i met her. is this normal for a friend to feel to feel like this towards another friend?? Ready to take the relationship to the next level? I have been seeing this WONDERFUL guy off and on for about two years now. We are very compatible together. We have a very strong bond with eachother but it has always remained casual between us (we were "F" buddies, no commitment). We get along famously!!! Not too long ago we began seeing eachother again and this time I am ready for it to be a more serious relationship (hopefully long term)

How do I let him know that without coming on to strong?
I care VERY much about him and I think the feelings are mutuial (just from little things he says / does)

Last year i went out with this guy named Justin and he broke up with me like a week later. He told everyone that he asked me out when he was high but what the heack he is like 12 he wasn't high.

This will most likely sound pretty lame, but it concerns me!

My boyfriend is really shy, and he always has been. Whenever he hugs me, I just feel like I'm hugging another one of my guy friends. It's too much of a 'friendly hug.' Since he's so shy, we never really talk about hugging and kissing and that sort of thing. If I grabbed his hands and put them lower on my hips next time we hug, would he get the hint, or would he still hug me the same. I don't know if he would get it or not. Otherwise, what would work, without having to confront him. I know I sound like a coward, but I don't want to embarass him or make him feel like a bad boyfriend, because he really isn't.

I love my sister, we are best friends, though she's younger than me, but she seems to want to hang out all the time. I don't mind it too much but sometimes I would like to chill alone or not have her go through my stuff all the time. was on/off(bc he'd cry/beg me to come back)for 1.5 yrs.were serious at a point, till i had to leave school for 5months and broke it off/refused to see him.for that time he was depressed/dated other girls but never moved on.we got back together after 5 months but he didn't trust me as much.this time,i was the one begging and he was the one waiting a few weeks and then asking me to come back.last time i dumped him bc he was looking at another girl, n he didn't want to get back together bc he was going on a date with a girl.i was so mad, i left and rebounded w/ a relatioship.after it was announced, my ex got in a relationship with that girl he went on one date w/.i showed up to his apt crying and he told me that he was in a new relationship and didn't have as much time as he used to.then i refused to see him and he begged to be friends/see me on fri. i cut contact with him for a week and he tells our friend that he's depressed.we have dinner n he says he missed me/calls me old petnames.??

So I have a typical high school girl question. I really like this guy and all of my friends know. I am a freshmen and he is a sophomore.
