Everytime I go over her house to break up, she gives me a piece of beef jerky so I will do what she wants... we end up sleeping together.

It's called self control. Next time you go over, eat your jerky at home so as not to be so tempted. Or just don't go over.

If that's the reason you stay with her, you should move down the street from a grocery store/gas station.
If you have any other reasons to break up with her, you need to let her know what's up and that you don't think it's a good idea to continue going out.

Amazing, what a beef jerky can do! :) hee hee. Perhaps, have a supply of beef jerky enough for the entire year, would buy you enough time to source for another lover.
ps. so what if she's older? you're not breaking it off cos you've found another younger chick eh? that wouldn't be right. i say you return those beef jerky if its the latter.

eat the beef, thank her for it and then before it leads to sex, tell her you think it would be best if you guys stop seeing each other. you need to have more self confidence. believe that you can say no to her when she demands some thing of you and be strong enough to over come the temptation.
i have one question, why do you need to break up with her? do you no longer feel the same way for her? or did you get with her for her jerk beef?

Be honest. Tell her you're not happy with the arrangement anymore. It's a good idea to not date your neighbors. Just like getting involoved with a coworker- they're still there after the relationship is over! And hon, keep your pants on!
