Guys, what do you REALLY mean when you tell an ex that you should "hang out" together. Why would you tell an ex to contact YOU if she ever wanted to hang out and see a movie. This is what my ex-bf told me and I dunno why he left the ball in my court and didn't ask me directly.

After 8 months, I saw my ex on the university campus that we both go to. He seemed happy to see me and after 5 or 10 minutes, he said he had to go , then he said "give me a shoutout and we can do something" , and I just looked at him, and he said "yeah we can see a movie together or anything you want", I just said bye and walked away. By the way, he was the one to end the relationship and we never had sex cuz he knows I'm saving it for marriage.
What did he mean by that?

What precisely did he permit you comprehend approximately her? maximum persons have some flavor of ex by utilising the time they 12 years previous or so. Is it the reality that he has an ex or are the extenuating situations? If he only stated he had a girl chum earlier you, and not introduced it up back, then i does not subject approximately it. If he talks approximately her consistently or TO her consistently, then i'd be slightly worried.
