If your comfortable with each other then an orgasm is not the "be all and end all" of making love to each other, therefore I would say its nice to achieve for both sexes but not worth losing sleep over.

I"d feel bad if she didn't have an orgasm. I believe in foreplay so, I really hope she would and yes I go to cloud 9 if she does.
