i was using my boyfriends phone this morni and a text message pop up it read can i come over i want to ****. on read this i confronted him and his explanation was he has nothing with this girl and she is a friend that he knew a long time ago and nothing happened between them. he said he lost contact with her and then meet her at the party, she then asked him if he had the same number which he did not and he then gave her is new number . what are your views cause i know there is some thing more to this , should i confront this girl,and ask her may be she will tell me what happening.

I'm not sure of the order of the names when one gets married. Is it First Name -> Middle ->Maiden Last Name ->His Last Name
OR Fist -> Middle -> His Last Name -> Maiden Last Name?

I was with my ex for almost 4 yrs,5 1/2 months ago we broke up completly without any contact ,he just started to contact me saying he loves and miss me alot and need me in his life.the thing is i care about him but the love is not commin back on my side...i would love to be with him but i cant trust him...wat should i do...he said the reason he didnt contact me sooner was because he was scared,he is on probation for a year coz i send him to jail for a previous incident....

My Husband and I have been separated for over 6 months now. We still have some thing in both of our name, such as insurance and a cell phone. I can not cancel these myself since we are both on the contracts. I have asked him several times to take care of these issues but he has not. The real problem lines in the fact that the payments for these are coming out of may account. He keeps telling me he will pay me what is owed, but I have yet to see any $. What legal leg do I have to stand on?

I have been married to my husband for almost 8 years. I have 3 boys with him. About two months ago he told me he did not know what he wanted anymore. That I have hurt him over and over again. That things needed to change. He said he was unhappy, and he love me but not in love with me. He didn't mention divorce or leaving. He actually is giving me a chance to try and make things good again. We have been talking and working through everything. Now he is distance again. I want to work this out for us and our boys but I don't know what to do. Please help.

My family lives about 400 miles away from my wife's sister's family. Financially, they are doing very well. We started getting together around Christmas and meeting half way between our homes. They have older children and have taken a liking to a hotel that costs $170 - $250 a room and has a big indoor water park. We have small children and want to be able to keep an eye on them in a less chaotic swimming environment. There are some very nice hotels with indoor pools and water slides that cost more around the $85-$110 range that work very well for our family. This has become a point of conflict for us. My sister-in-law thinks that we both have good jobs and should be able to afford the more expensive hotel. We've told her it's too expensive for us and doesn't meet our needs. They don't want to get together this year and cited our inflexibility as the reason. They also don't want us to stay in two different hotels and get together for dinners and such. Am I wrong?
