I'm not sure of the order of the names when one gets married. Is it First Name -> Middle ->Maiden Last Name ->His Last Name
OR Fist -> Middle -> His Last Name -> Maiden Last Name?

find out from the social security to us if you can still do this.
because since 9/11 things have changed. i got married in 2003 in florida and i had to keep my full maiden name and just hyfen my husband last name at the end.
like this:
maria ana gonzalez - smith
smith being my married last name.

if you want to keep your maiden name but dont want a really long name. but your maiden last name as your middle name and then your married last name and the last name.
