A little of both. If she grew up in that type of home and watched another woman take charge or if she is very independent she may be this way.

Um it's neither...what makes them dominant is self confidence...they are sure in themselves as women and make no bones about letting others know...all power to a powerful woman I say...besides do you really want a woman who can't defend or stand up for herself?
