i'm a college student in the us and most of my classmates are white. there's this asian girl from taiwan and they just ignore her.
why white girls look down on asian girls? they don't wanna be friends with asians?

I went to a dance recently and my friend kept asking me if I was going with anyone, hr knew I wasn't going with anyone. Then he kep asking me to dance and sing with him and told I him "No" the first 2 times and the third I agreed, then later I went to go hang out with another friend and he seems mad/jealous because I hung out with my other friend and not him. We are best friends and seems like he wants to be more than friend. Everyone thinks we are going out and that we make a cute couple. Am I right on the way he is showing his feelings for me or something else? Please NO rude comments.

I found out a few years ago that my husband had been unfaithful on several occasions.He treats me terrific now and is very loving and says he will never cheat again.I know he is being faithful now,but I can't seem to get over the past.I don't bring it up to him,but it's on my mind a lot..What do I do?

I have been very nervous to meet my boyfriend's mother for some time now...needless to say, she hasn't shown any interest in me. This weekend him and I are traveling to meet her and I'm debating on whether or not I should bring her anything. I don't want to seem like I'm sucking up, and I don't have an incredible budget either. So if i get her a gift what would be appropriate??? Help!

My husband has poor night vision, because of this he hates driving at night, especially to places that he has never been before. My husband was invited to a party tonight, and I was not invited, he has friends that don't like me, and they were the one's hosting the party. To be nice I offered to take him to the party otherwise he couldn't go. When dropping off my husband I asked what time he wanted me to pick him up, he said 9. At 8:30 I called him to confirm, but the call went straight to voice mail. I drove for 20 minutes and was in a dead spot when he called stating that he wanted to stay at the party until 11 and that he was turning his cell phone off. I am angry as I had driven 20 minutes to drive him, 20 minutes home, 20 minutes to pick him up, and another 20 minutes home, and I will drive 20 more minutes to pick him up and 20 minutes on the return trip. 60 miles , and over 2 hours in the car. I am angry. What would you say/do?

There was a time when I thought I was in love. I had liked him for 2 years and then realized I was in love with him. This went on for a total of 2 more years. When I realized that he would never love me back, I moved on. He got a girlfriend, and I got a boyfriend. I dated the guy for two months, and started to get attached. Then we broke up . I started developing feelings for someone else about six months later, only to have him fall for my best friend instead.

So my question is, how do you find someone worth while, and make the relationship last? How do you find your soul mate? How do you fall in love? And is it that important?

Does or did anyone ever have a pet that they felt was their best friend or part of the family. I had Peaches (dog) since I was 11 and she just recently died. I'm 26 now, but I miss her every now and then. She was more of a sister than just a friend, I used to talk to her and do stuff with her like she really was my sister, I even gave her a middle name!

Been getting along really well for the past few weeks with this Italian hunk and headed to a possible relationship. Then last night he asked why I haven't been with someone for so long and I told him I couldn't say as it was quite personal but he managed to get it outta me. I told him I still loved my ex but I couldn't be with the ex since he's married with a baby. And now he's told me we can't be together. He told me he felt jealous...... I told him I wanted to give this relationship a go but he just backed right out without even trying. I don't know if I did the right thing. I'm miserable!!!

Why are you so scared? Why aren't you able to just say
"I don't like you?" Is it because you don't want to feel bad, to feel any guilt? It would be less guilt if you just told us in the first place! Why can't you say it?

Okay. I posted a question yesterday and I was told that I may have blown it. A girl at my work asked me if I liked anyone there and I said no, but what i should have said is that I dont like anyone but I would like to get to know somebody- you know go from there.
So I hope it wasn't the guy I want it to be. Because I assume he is intersted in me. He stares a lot, either for a long time or looks away really quick. He acts nervous around me, but talks to everyone else. I tried talking to him and he just kinda mumbled and shrugged his shoulders. So.

However, there is another guy who stares at me, who I do not like and do not want to get to know. He is a moron. And that is the nicest thing I can say, so it could be him.
Did I mess up or was I right to think it could have been the other guy?
