She is behind on her child support as much as 4000,00 dollars and she calls every week and ask for her every week end. My question is, how often should she get her and what is the law on this. His X-wife said she will take him to court if she don't get her everytime she calls. What should he do? My son is not holding back her seeing her mother, he has a court order for her to pay child support, by the time he finds her she has quite her job and you can't get water from a rock. She the X-wife ran out on the dad and the daughter and went off with some man for a year are so and came back and wanted her back but the court would not let her have her way she is suppost to pay child support by court order. What he would like to do is let her have his daughter 2 week end each month and not like it is now where she is getting her everyweek end.

I am married. I love my husband but we have had a lot of arguments and so forth. He did something about 5 months ago, that I still have not forgiven him for. I don't want anyone else but him though. However, when he hurt me--trust issue (not cheating), I said to myself that I had had enough and that I did not care anymore what he thought. I started yahoo answers about a month later and he encouraged me to make some new friends that were in different countries. Ok, so I made a friend and we talked a lot since my husband I were not on good terms. We were only friends, but this was a guy. My husband would get mad and tell me that I could not talk to him anymore and then he would tell me I could. He even got physically violent with me over this. So I ended up saying goodbye to this friend. I have few friends that I trust and I really enjoyed talking to this person. My husband is happy and all that fighting/physical stuff ended when I ended this. But I still miss my friend!!

I met this "entertainer" in Orlando in July. We both are 22. I spent about 6000 on her during this 1 month. I came back to my college in PA. I promised her I would visit her soon and often. Since August 1st, we have consistently talked over the phone. She asked for money a couple of times and I sent her about 1000 more through western union. I went to see her again for 2 days on my birthday in September 3rd week. I gave her a 1000 more for a day just coz I loved her. We would talk on the phone and she would be all "baby, I love you" etc. This weekend, on Oct. 7th 06, she asks me to give her 500 to pay her rent or she will be kicked out. I got it from my bro and gave her and told her since its my brothers', to pay it back. She now has not called me since sunday, Oct. 8th or picked up my calls. Last night, I called her 12 times in 12 hours, once every hour just to get a hold of her. Tonite I plan on calling her once every 30 minutes.
AM I HARASSING HER?

im only interested in what any of the ladies here have to say. any answers from guys will be disregarded unless i find it useful. My gf and I had/have been bestfriends since we were 12 years old(both of us our 21 now) and have been in a relationship for 10 months now. And I was her first for everything in the bedroom(took her virginity, give her oral, anal...etc.....u get the point. Well as time went on we experminted and tried new things in the bedroom. I met this guy about a month ago... I gave him my number, and I often see him at school. So we got out places, but not considered dates. Like we go to coffee shops a lot. We went to the mall, and restaurants. Maybe gone out 4 or 5 times.
A couple days ago, we just sat in my car and just talked for like half an hour.
The problem is I really like him, but I'm not sure if he likes me back. So what do I do? Do I make the first move? Do I wait? What if he gets bored?

Why do we still need that piece of paper telling us we are bound together & committed when after all these yrs t/gether, mortgage, kids etc. Do we do it because it's socially more accepted? People will ask why are we bothering? Do we just want presents? Do I just want it for the ring? He is really definate that we should do it for the kids & to publicly declare our love to the world. I do love him & will be with him forever, do I say yes because he wants this or do I say no because I'm not convinced we need it?

Ok so there is this guy Matt <3 who I met a couple months ago at work. We didn't talk much, but he used to wink at me and smile and stare (OH I LOVED IT!!!, lol) Now I don't work there anymore and I'm never gonna see him again. He's all I can think of though and I don't wanna go on until I can well...ask him out or something, yah know? The problem is I have no way of seeing him anymore? Also I don't know him that well. My wife and I had a extremely busy sex life untill about 6 months ago when we found out that there was a second kid in her belly." I think this is one of the main problems " Our first kid was very hard for us to carry because it caused us to go on bed rest. This is one of the reasons "obviously " can put a hold on the bedroom life.

Secondly we have had a very bouncy marriage from the start. We have had a hard time deciding were to live. So we have lived in 3 diffirent countries and in the USA we have lived in 4 diffirent states. All this with a todler. This has put lots of strain on the general life we have and the bedroom ofcourse.

I am from italy originally and did not come from a solid home. My dad left me and my sister and mother when I was an infant and deserted us. There fore I do not have a good role model for a Husband .

My wife complains that I do not do anything special for her, so why should she be intimate with me. Any advise please. Only answer if you wise.

I've started noticing that when I get friendly with a guy, I start flirting--I don't mean to, I'm just naturally flirty with *all* of my friends--and I guess I don't actually ever expect them to respond seriously. When they DO respond seriously, however, or when the prospect of a romantic date is placed before me, I get scared. Not confused, not shy, but nervous and SCARED. And I don't know what I'm scared OF, is the thing. It's more than that "ooh, will it work out? Does he really like me?" stuff, it's something more--but I just can't pinpoint it. Does this happen to anyone else? And if it does, do you know why it happens to YOU?

My husband and I have been married for almost 5 years. He is 32 and I am 23, he is Middle Eastern and I am American. There are several issues in our marriage. The first problem that came up was early in our marriage. He was emailing and chatting with a woman he knew from back home, I was suspicious about it and I found that they were writing very inappropriate things to each other (she is married also). I confronted him about it and he said that she was his ex-girlfriend and in the end I was the one feeling bad about spying on him, I feel it is wrong but had no other way to find out what was going on. Then a little later, I found him on yahoo chat rooms asking women what they look like and if they have cameras. I was mad, but let it go since several times we had gone to the chat rooms together and played around. Other small things happened during this time that I don't think mean much, such as he went to Washington DC (we were living in Northern Virginia) to visit a girl he had taken a class with before she went back home to Germany, but he told me he didn't get to see her before she left. Another thing that was somewhat big in the beginning was his interest in pornography. It made me feel bad at first, but now I see it just as a kind of entertainment when he was bored, except he always went to the Russian sites, he thinks Russian women are very beautiful. Skip forward to last year. In April of 2005, he went home to visit his family. During this trip, I found out that he didn't tell his family that he was married. When he got home, we had a long discussion and said he couldn't tell them because the tradition there would make his family outcasts because he married outside the religion (they are Druze). I still don't understand it, but I respect his wishes of trying to keep his family happy, but telling them wouldn't be telling the whole world, but he doesn't see it that way. Now comes the most recent and the hardest for me to get over. In July, my husband and two of his male friends go on vacation. First, they went to for a few days and then went to the Grand Canyon (we now live in ). He told me they had fun, but when they got back, he and his friends were fighting. He said it was because they didn't help with the financial aspects of the trip (they are both doctors and he is in film school). Until last month, I just accepted this. But then I started going through the cell phone bills and found a lot of text messages from a number in flagstaff . I checked his cell phone one night and I was appalled by what I found. The worst one was one he wrote to her that said, "I wished to sleep with you but gave up on it" along with other things such as how beautiful she is (she's Russian). Then I broke into one of his email accounts that had a different password. All of his other passwords include my name, but the password of this account is her name! I found the emails they wrote to one another and found that he met her in the Grand Canyon and took her and two of her female friends to . As is turns out he was mad at his friends because they weren't interested in her friends and left, then made my husband leave the girls in Vegas so they could come back to for their flights back home. All communication between them stopped August 30, or so I thought. A few weeks ago, he received a text message from her saying that she was in and then in , (he goes to school in , close to ) but she was leaving. He wrote her back when he went back to school asking if she was still around. Before that message, I confronted him and we had a huge fight. He said nothing happened, but didn't tell me he took her to but made me think he met her there, until I told him I knew. I tried to ask him why he would do it, but he just said it was none of my business and that I couldn't treat him like a child. The way he was talking led me to think that he thinks he can do whatever he wants with whomever he wants as long as he's not having sex. I tried to explain to him that it's ok for him to have female friends, but when he keeps it a secret and refuses to say anything about it, it is a betrayal. I am having a really hard time with this and don't know what to do. I have the girl's (she's only 21) email address and phone number and I have been considering either emailing or calling her to ask her side of the story or see if he told her he was single or married. I am also considering calling his friends that went with him on the trip to see what they will say. If you have any ideas about what I could do, I would appreciate it greatly.

I met this guy online then we hooked up the thing is we live like 30 minutes away(just by driving) after we dated for 4 months his parents decided to be rude and tell him to end it i suspose i was to good for him. that totally lost me there! but we had to hide our relationship. the point is after we got caught things came pretty tough he started emotionally abused me. i still have feelings for him and i cant stop loving him i tried alot things but nothing worked. any advice to overcome the feelings i have for him?? it kills me deeply.
