Why do men behave differently with ladies who want to be friendly with them? This particular married guy I know (I am not in love with him but would just like to be a friend) acts very different like bruising me with words, ignoring me, comparing me to his wife etc. I feel very upset because he does not behave like others in this way. If I am in a particular group, he will speak to each and every one except me, flaunt his material buying power in my presence to others, talking about his status/position in job. Sometimes he blushes if he sees me. If I call him casually he will nver return the call (& also cut the conversation short). This hurts me because nobody none of my other friends behave like this. I am a gentle, peace loving lady and such behaviour of his makes me feel bad. Let me tell you that I am not in love with him but how do I make him to respect me and treat me like any other normal friend? His behaviour does not make me feel lady-like. Why does he compare me to his wife.

seperated for 8 months hasnt seen his 4 young children 8,6,5,3 missed b-days and all, we went for custody in aug. he had the gall to ask for joint custody after not seeing them for over 4 months prior he didnt get it but he is supposed to get them every sat and sun from 9-2 and he hasnt still seen them i want to know if i were the one not letting him see them i would be held in contempt of the custody agreement what does he get by not upholding his end of the custody agreement?

I am 26 and dated a guy in high school from the time I was 16 till right before I turned 18. He got into drugs really bad so we broke up. He was always good to me I just couldnt handle seeing him ruin his life like that and wasn't going to go down with him. Last Saturday he was murdered walking down the street at 3 in the morning (trying to buy dope I'm sure)
His funeral is in the morning at 10 I really want to go but my husband is really upset about it. Should I go. Would you be mad?

I couldn't figure out why the stupid old bat had stopped nagging me for five minutes, until I realized she was dead. I don't know what to do now. If I tell the cops, they'll never believe me it was just a nosebleed, will they? But I can't get rid of the body myself, it's too heavy and I have hellacious arthritis. I asked my worthless bimbo of a girlfriend to help me get rid of it, and the tramp just said she had to go pick up her snot-nosed daughter from pre-school and hung up one me. My boyfriend & I have been together for 2 yrs. He works 12-14 hrs/day; usually sleeping until 10am, going in @ 11am & doesnt come home until 11pm-12:30 or so.( He is definately at work all this time) this schedule is 6 days/week & now he works several hrs on most Sundays as well. anyway, I only really see him for about an hour before I go to sleep... we dont communicate much; he wants to fill any time he has off w/ his interests because he is so fed up w/ work & hes in a bad mood a lot because he works so much. Anyway, he says he loves me; its just that he has to do this right now to get where he wants to be... I love him, too, but, is it realistic to expect that ANY two people can survive together under these circumstances?

My daughter just remarried this past weekend. She and my 3 yr old granddaughter will be moving out. It is wonderful that my granddaughter will finally have a normal family life with a Mom and a Dad. I am very, very happy for all of them.
My problem is my granddaughter has lived with me since birth and I have practially raised her. How do I let go
and move on without this little girl. My heart is breaking. I realize my feelings are all about me and I hate myself for that, but I am going to miss her so very much.
My daughter had been in and out of our lives for several years, prior to the birth of her daughter. So I am used to her coming and going, but not by granddaugher. Please tell how to cope with my feelings of not having my granddaughter with me 24/7.

I'm another guy with a problem. There's this girl who i've liked since the 6th Grade, and I haven't even been able to talk to her. My friends at school just don't interest (if that's the right word) me like the friends out-of-school do. I'm a sophomore in high school and I tend to not laugh at the stuff the people I hang out laugh at. And I'm tired of all the lame drama that people my age seem to go through, sometimes it's just pathetic. My friends who don't attend my school are much older than me 5-10 years older than me and I like hanging out with them more than the people in my age group. Is this wrong? My friend told me her boyfriend and her were having sex a while back and she wanted him to stop but he wouldn't and she kept trying to push him off and screaming at him for at least 5 minutes. But he just kept having sex with her. Later, he told her that he just blanked out and didn't hear her. Would you consider that rape? He apologized later. Would you forgive him?
Also a couple of months later while they were having sex he took off his condom without telling her. She was upset because she had told him several times she didn't like having unprotected sex.
