I would like to know if all woman treat there husbands like crap. Also I would like to know if when a man messes up does the woman ever forgive? I have a friend that is married and man does his wife treat him like crap. He says it's cause she wont let go of a lie he told 4 yrs ago that isn't anything like cheating on her or anything like that but about how he cheated on his first wife. so do woman ever forgive? and do they all treat men like crap?

We forgive but we never forget. I don't think she is treating him that badly or else he wouldn't stay with her.

No, not all women treat their husbands like crap. My first husband was a jerk and yes I treated him like he deserved. But I have remarried and have been with this man for 12 years! We respect each other, back each other, support each other, etc. He is a wonderful man and I would never treat him badly. It sounds like your friend and his wife need to put the past behind them and go forward. They may need to just get things out in the open, resolve it, and go on. If the woman is insecure, the husband needs to be doing something to reassure her that he would never do anything to hurt her. Maybe she just thinks if he cheated once, he'll do it again.

well, being a woman myself, yes we forgive, some more easily than others. i think he should have been clear that he had problems with his first wife, but she is overreacting if she is still treating him badly for it. so no, women do not all treat their men like crap.

Oh, we forgive, but we never forget, and once your caught in one lie, it's hard to trust you. I've been with my b/f for 6 yrs, we lived together for almost 4 and he tells me all the time that i treat him well. Maybe marriage creates a different mentality, who knows.

No all wemen dont treat there husbands like crap . Somethings are just hard to get over and if he deals with it it because he loves her and is willing to over look some , things thats what makes a marrige work ,( over looking your spouce's flows ).

no not all women do it just depends on the person and the marriage and the communication between the two i am married and i love my husband to death and would do anything for him i dont accuse him of things or not trust him either because he is always honest with me and i with him it sounds like your friend has no trust within his marriage which in and of itself is probably the prob. but remember its also abusive if he tolerates the way she treats him.

It makes a woman more cautious when a man lies or says that they cheated in a previous relationship but if she is acting as bad as you say then he needs to sit and talk with her and seek a counsler to help them work through their problems.

women have a lot of things on their plate and when they are faced with a husband that doesn't do much to help them they feel resentment towards the husband and the first thing out the door is the treatment of the husband and second sex...so be more helpful to your wives and show your appreciationo

if all woman where alike then all men would be alike and then the would would be blantely boring and well there ya go
all women can't be alike..and actually tho some women are horrible some women are a true dream...
as for forgiving..some of us can and others can't...we forgive but never forget.
