Nope, I'm not at all. My girlfriend makes a lot more money than I do, and it just allows us to live more comfortably than if we were trying to survive on less. I'm proud to be dating someone so successful, and it inspires me to want to make more of my life to match her contribution.
...Of course, she's a remarkable person and doesn't gloat or ask more of me than I can afford.

Unfortunatley Yes. I was dumped by a guy after 5 years together because he said "I became to sucessful." In other words I made 30,000 a year more then him.

My new guy is always making comments about how much money I make. But he's okay about it for now.

Some guys are, but my fiance wasn't when I was working. I was bringing home/making about $500 or more than he was a month and he had NO problem with it at all. I have since lost my job and he got a much, much better one and is making more than twice what he was before. :)

yes because my sisters husband was upset with her cuz she brought home more bacon than he did. she is a r.n and he was a manager in housekeeping at the hospital so he opened up his own business on the side to match up with her money. I think men are used to making more money than females

NOOOO Way! We seek them out. Damn, if I could find me a lady that brought in the Benjamins, man, I'd have it made. Instead, I'm punching the clock at Arby's and bustin rhymes while I slice roast beef.

I think men have this ego issue.
I dun think anyone would mind the wife having more money, just keep it mum.
But depending on the relationship, u may wanna change your perception.

Not all men... if it ain't a big deal for you then it won't matter to them. For as long as you're open to dating men who earn less than you do, then I don't see a problem here.

I'm a guy, and it doesn't bother me. It shows ambition, plus I'd prefer a woman who created her own fortune instead of receiving it. Not to mention with the salary I make, I hope my mate makes more than me.

Generally spreaking, its kinda uncomfortable for them. It really depends on the kind of man he is. It normally deflates their "male ego" when they learn that their woman is making more money than they do.

It hurts our male ego. We want to feel like the alpha male, and the woman worships us. But a sugar momma has it's uses also.
