they issue a bench warrant for your arrest. Best bet is to call with a good reason for not being there or being late. They may also make you provide a sample of your urine. Keep clean show up learn your lessons and make a better tomorrow for yourself.

the probation officer mostly dont even remember until you get there anyways but when they do find out they will get make a report to the court that you didnt show up

I'm not a lawyer but you should get one because I think that if you don't show equals a second "felony" since you're violating your probation so don't go there by yourself or they might even arrest you, go with your lawyer but ask him soon!
