Be kind and be needed. Show that you understand her needs and can help her. A bonding situation that draws you together can't be beat.

just be a good friend to her. good relationships are based on good friendships. Eventually she will realize she should be with you. Also if you don't focus all your attention on her that might help. People tend to want things they can't have.
