o.k. so far everyone says to confront. we've been married 20 years and have 2 kids. I'm inclined to confront and ask for counseling. I'm afraid what it could do to my kids. Even though it's going to be a rough road. Does this seem realistic or practical?

Here's the deal....i want to move to Tennessee someday soon. I live in Kentucky. Friends and Family doesn't want me to because of distance and them not getting to see me as much. I want to live my life but, i don't want to make anyone upset in the process. What do i do? Any suggestions that i can get will be very helpful.

How can i make sure that i won't be taken advantage of. I know the laws in Egypt are different from the laws in the USA. How can i make sure that I'll come back safely to the US if HE decides to not let me return to the US? I trust him now, that he won't do anything to harm me, but one never knows of what one is capable of. There is a girl at school that I somewhat like and am 99% sure she still likes me, but because of time/parent issues we are not able to go out. We tried dating over the summer, but we were only able to go to one movie together. I was thinking of buying a little piece of jewlry and putting it in her locker with a note saying "just because we are friends". The only reasion I can think of for doing this is just to be nice. She has sent letters to my family telling them I am unstable, a bad roll model for my niece, and that I am trying to break up her family. She sent another message to my mother filled with angry statements about me. We had a disagreement lastThanksgiving. I thought it was resolved...but she continues to be very angry bringing up everything she can think of she considers a problem about me. She shares it with everyone in my family. In one message she told me to LEAVE THEM ALONE and not to have any contact with them. They (my brother and sister-in-law) have moved to another country for work... I didn't even get to see my brother before he left. The anger continues via email. She will not allow my brother to talk to me. All of this hurts me. What should I do?

There have been long periods of time, in the past, when she has been angry with my parents or my other brother and sister-in-law.

im 19 and got married 2 years ago when i was 17. i was 17 and he was 23. my parent didint like him but i was so blinded by love that i moved away from all my parents and friends as my fiance belived they were brainwashing me in to hating him. we moved in to a tiny flat in which we still live. he has a child from an old girlfriend from when he was 20. he says that i should be a traditional wife and that successful women just turn men off.i was smart at school but now feel i cant get a job as it will annoy him. when he gets in from work he likes his dinner on the table, and me to have scrubbed the whole flat. if he wants sex then i have to give it to him. i feel so lonely cooped up in the flat all day with no friends and none to talk too.. he demands that i serve him breakfast in bed. he also demands that i look my best for him and will not go out in public unless i have full make up on.meeting 1 of my old friends she thinks im living like a slave shall i divorce him and move home?

theres a girl (call her meg) who lives 4 states or so away. i am completly in love with her and she loves me. we are not together bc of her best friends opinion on internet dating. we recently got in a fight bc i flirted with a girl i know and she started crying. we made up and its been great since. she said we should date other ppl when we broke up and i chased after a girl at my school (tyra) she finally is coming around and might ask me out VERY soon and im not sure whether to say yes or no. i love meg, but shes so far away and she also said to go with other ppl. but the time we got in a fight she said that that was a lie she said as a friend and the thought of me with another girl made her heart break. i love meg, but i wont be with her for almost 4 years. should i date tyra for a little and not talk about it a lot, say no to tyra and stick with meg,go with tyra and never let meg know,or something else? PLEASE HELP!!!! (tyra looks slightly better then meg, but it dosent bother me)
