It means that he's interested in having a late night rendevous, if you catch my drift. Coming from a guy, leave the midnight shift out of the equation until you both know each other well enough in the daytime to further any relationship. If you give in now, you won't have anything to fall back on. If that's what you're looking for, go ahead. But most women I know would try the day shift first with talking and finding out about each other. Then comes the late night fun!

Why at 12 midnight? That one i do not get. Why do women have to play a game with men. If you are interested then ask him out. The worst thing that can happen is he can say no!!

that means he is bored and he has nobody else to talk with or text with but it does not mean that he is interested, he could just be acting friendly, he can tell you to call him anytime just so he could be entertained, and be friends with you, it has no further evidence that he is in to you
