The definition of harrasment is anything that makes you feel uncomfortable or creates a hostile work environment.
What you have described is typical verbal sexual harrassment. He is flat out all but asking you to sleep with him. You need to tell him to stop first. When that doesn't work go to the boss.
Your boss will be in a better position to reprimand him if you have documented times dates and what he says. So keep notes and make two copies (keep one at home, give on to the boss.)

Yes it is and yes you should. NOW!
Have you told him to stop?
If you have and he has not, tell the boss. Document everything. You may need to sue somebody! Is it a large corp? Or a small shop? Has he done this to anyone else? If so get them to go to the boss with you. If the boss lets it go, he is jerk and you should see a lawyer. Have in mind what you want done with this guy before you see the boss. Reprimanded, or fired. You have the high ground here. Use it!

Any sexual comment or action that is unwanted by the recipient is sexual harassment. I although do believe that if it is bothering you you should morally let him know that first. If the behavior continues then it needs to be reported. Some people think they are just being funny and deserve to be warned that you dont appreciate it first.

Sexual harassment and yes tell your boss! First tell him that it makes you uncomfortable and to stop. Give him the chance to stop it and tell your boss what is going on and that you've asked him to stop.
Best Wishes!

It is sexual harassment and you should tell your boss. I'm surprised people haven't yet learned that they can't get away with that kind of talk in the workplace.

If it makes you uncomfortable then it is sexual harassment. Tell him to stop. If he doesn't stop then tell your boss. Your company should have a policy on sexual harassment.

it is possible he's just joking around. if it makes you feel uncomfortable, then you should try to talk to him and let him know how you feel so he knows where the line is drawn. after you draw the line, if he crosses it, then go to the boss. but it is going to be very difficult to work in a place if you get the rep of someone who goes running to the boss accusing people of sexual harrassment. try ONCE to talk to him, no more.
