My relationship with my ex-fiancee was three and a half years of the very best days of ourlives(admittedly on her part), but we started off wrong. We were not happy with ourselves and got very over involved. Alot of hurtful things were done and said. Not cheating, but verbal abuse on both of our parts-competition for who has it together more. Now we have been seperated for three months, she left me. However, I pushed her away and asked her to leave a few times. Now I have made my bed and am lying in it, and deservably so. We are at different points in our lives now, and we both love ourselves now. She kept the ring and still loves me, but she is doing this for herself, because she wants to be happy and I understand because she gave all of herself to our relationship and I was immature about things or took it for granted I guess. She is dating someone else. and I am going on dates, admittedly on both our parts-nothing serious.
How do I earn her trust, and ultimately progress?

I have four sons, 16,14,13 & 7. Everyone gets along normaly except fot the oldest (16) and the youngest (7) I know that brothers fight but with the age difference it just seems so ridiculous. and the fighting is ENDLESS! Anyone in or has been in a similar situation??

My soon to be ex-husband, came over the other day at 2:30 in the morning claiming he wanted to see our children for visitation. They are 4 and 1. I know he was looking to have sex with me and using the kids as an excuse. I told him the children were not here, they were at my mom's cause I had to be up for work in 2 an 1/2 hours. I would not let him in the house, and he accused me of having a new man over at the house. I told him that no one was there, and he said I was hiding something. He pushed the door open on me & searched the house. Finding nothing. I told him to leave & he said he would be back Sun. He never came for our boys on Sun. & said he was busy when I called to ask him were he was, and when is picking up the boys. He uses to boys to get to me, but forgets about things when it really comes to our sons. The boys don't seem important to him, unless it is convient for him to see me. Other wise he doesn't act like a father should. What should I do?

I hate my birthday ever since my dad tried to kill himself two day after my birthday. (I was visiting my grandpa in another state and can back to a note.) But ever since that when it is my birthday something bad always happen in my family a couple days before or after. I always get kind of depressed when it come around. Why do I hate my birthday so much? I know all that happens around my birthday is not my fault but I can't help thinking like that. Can anyone tell me why I hate it so.

So heres my problem: I started dating this guy who seems to be really great about 2 months ago. He lives in a nice town & is literally 1 door away from 1 of the local bars that has live music once a week-he has been taking me out for that. He also told me about his last gf & how they didn't end on good terms. She doesn't seem like a bad person by what he says, but it just didn't work, you know? WELL...the first week that we went there I found out just who that ex of his was b/c that is her local hang-out aparently. I also found out that that is where they met. What bothers me is that half the time hes looking at me & half the time hes staring at her because he positions himself so that shes in eye-sight. This makes me uncomfortable for obvious reasons. When I say something to him about it, he makes some rude comment about her & then stops for maybe 10 min. She has been staying away & not paying attention for the most part. Does he still have feelings for her &should I just end things?

so heres the thing. i like this guy.. i like him alot!! i could go out with him but there are 2 problems

1. hes my best friends brother!!!

I went to homecoming last night. I asked my stepdad what a reasoable time was to be home. and he said being almsot 18 and this was my last homecoming, 1 oclock would be fine. my mom calls me at 12 screaming at me about being home. my step dad sides with her and tries to yell at my boyfriend for not taking me home. i am 2 months away from being 18. am i over reacting or do my parents have too strict curfew. and was my stepdad being a jerk?

i need everyone to pray for me through this time im going to leave this man of 29 yrs i dont know what will happen to me at a shelter im the one that got spit on and beer thrown all over me last night i feel that if i get out they will keep me in a shelter and i wont ever have a home again we are renting so i cant sell the house i just worry about what will happen to me i got to leave and will in due time i got to get a plan as one of my anwers told to me to do i love a home and at my age 56 i feel that i will be stuck in the shelter for ever if anyone knows what they do to you at the shelter to help with a home please tell me i cant live with all those people forever im a private person and i need a home someone pray for me please and tell me what they will do for me to help im afraid they will turn my life upside down again like it is now and what do they do to help with a divorce? i have a car and furniture and im also raising 2 gr kids and they dont wont to go 14 and 16
