First you should let your bf know how you feel about her brother. Then you should let the other guy know you don't like him in that way. Then go from there.

Listen, your brother does not want to see his friend with you. That will cause friction between you/him and the guy and your brother. You don't date the girl your best friend is hung up on, even if he has no shot you just don't do it. How old you are and the age gap between you and the guy you like is very important here. If your still in high school all parties involded are not likely mature enough to handle this situation. If you are older and independent ( living alone) then go ahead and date the guy, move sloooooow and keep it on the down low at the start.

It seems like you already started something with his bestfriend. Then again also the other guy you like is your best friends brother. Think about it. Balance out which one really does make you happier.
Your best friends brother or his best friend.

Well, I've been through this exact situation. Depending on the bros. relationship together, He can convince his brother that it is 99 % okay that this happened, but you've got to be totally cool and respectful to him too (for obvious reasons) It is possible to have a good relationship with the other brother, unless one of you screws it up (which I did by breaking my promise) It's really up to you.

Just for perspective....
This is not a major crisis. It is a tiny love triangular thing that comes and goes through our lives. In two years you wont even remember it
A "major crisis" is something that will alter your life forever

Move on, you're wasting your time. And you sound a tad young to be with only one person. You should be having fun with many friends.

I don't know how old you are, but one of my best friends married another one of our friend's sister. It took some getting used to but it has worked out great.

It's a very complicated situation,
cousin Sonja.
I'm in love with Alexei. He loves Alicia.
Alicia's having an affair with Lev.
Lev loves Tatiana.
Tatiana loves Simkin.
Simkin loves me.
I love Simkin,
but in a different way than Alexei.
Alexei loves Tatiana like a sister.
Tatiana's sister loves Trigorian
like a brother.
Trigorian's brother
is having an affair with my sister,
who he likes physically,
but not spiritually.
Natasha, it's getting a little late.
The firm of Mishkin and Mishkin
is sleeping with
the firm of Taskov and Taskov.
Natasha, to love is to suffer.
To avoid suffering, one must not love.
But then one suffers from not loving.
Therefore, to love is to suffer.
Not to love is to suffer.
To suffer is to suffer.
To be happy is to love.
To be happy, then, is to suffer,
but suffering makes one unhappy.
Therefore, to be unhappy one must love,
or love to suffer,
or suffer from too much happiness...
I hope you're getting this down.
I never want to marry.

you must be 13, 14 or 15...right? At that age this IS a major thing...or, at least it seems like it.
