ya like little lulu I am always in and out of trouble but mostly always in, but the worse part is that I always keep repeating these things in my head, just cant get over them, what do I do?

it may be a pattern and only God to break it. Pray, go to Church, try to find good friends, good people who may help you out. Maybe a counselor can help you out. Don't say YES to every body to be the GOOD GIRL, but do what your heart tells you to do. Yes, everybody has ups and downs, some less, some more but we all do and the world won't end because of this. What makes a person to be different from another person is her courage and determination. This yeas was one of the most difficult to me, but I have made it, God gives us all strength, He gives to me, why can't He give it to you? It is a matter of faith and willingness. Choose good friends, watch good programs, get good SPIRITUAL guidance and you'll see the storm is not as huge as it seems to be. Sorry about my English. I am not a native speaker. Stop getting yourself in trouble.It's easier to do the right thing than the wrong.Just keep your head held high and know that you're better than to get in trouble like that.

What is happening is you are in a pattern that you cannot break.You have to change yor mindset in order to move past this.One way is to think about what you want to change, then change it. then go to the next one and so forth....It is easyonce you start, you can change anyting as long as you want to. Try it with one thing and see where it leads....Good luck
