you need to think to yourself first off.
if you were told by your best friends to like a different guy how would you feel
grade/age doesn't necessarly make a difference as long as there is that connection and as long as there is happiness
find out how happy she is, see how happy her bf is, if he seems iffy then talk to her about it, somewhat indirectly
you should try not to hurt her feelings as much as possible, because the last thing you want to do is loose her friendship
maybe try hooking the guy that likes her a lot up with a different girl? let him down easy, its really hard i know, i've been in the situation, but sometimes it for the best to leave things be and let fate decide on what really happens, if she was ment to date the guy in your grade, then in time things will happen, if not then she must be happy how she is

don't rush things, just sit back and try to relax and let her be happy

What do you mean "what do we do"? Why are you involved? I would say that would be the first thing she should do, is although you seem to be her BFF, that she should follow her heart and not what her BFF or anyone else thinks. Age does not matter. The heart knows no age, face, etc... The heart knows what makes it happy, even if briefly. It's a lesson she and you should learn now, as when you become adults, you and you only will be responsible for your own happiness.

I'm not trying to be rude or anything, but you "did" ask after all. Let me ask you this. Turn it all around, if it were
"you" in this situation instead of your friend, and you had "real" feelings for the guy you're seeing, would you want your friend & her boyfriend to try to make things different for "you?" Picture this scenerio "honestly," and you should come up with a responsible answer. Good luck.

Well, if she's your real best friend, you should let her make her own desicion. If you are that concerned, you should tell her how you feel. You should also talk to the guy in the same grade as you too.
Good Luck

Leave her alone. If she is happy thats what should matter. Just be happy for her. Dating somebody younger is not a bad thing as long as its not to big of a gap. Be happy for your friend. There are laws out there. So as long as they both at leagal ages be happy for her.

let her make her own decisions. If she really likes the younger guy than stay out of it. You could hurt your friendship with her if you try to force her not to like someone.

If she is happy with this younger guy then leave her alone. You can't be match maker if she already has a someone she is happy with.
