You can't change who someone likes. I would just let her go out with the younger guy. Age shouldn't be a factor. Would you guys be saying the same thing if your friend was a guy and he was dating a younger girl? I assume not. Just let it be. If the relationship she is in is not meant to be, it will end on its own.

well my advice, be careful whatever you do its not nice to hurt other people just to get what you want. I f she likes the younger guy why even consider the older one. If the two of them like each other let it be. what happens if she goes out w/the older guy and it doesn't work then what happens? chances are the nice younger wont still be around for her..... just think twice sweetie good luck

You can't decide for your friend, you just gotta step back and allow her to decide.
If she likes the younger guy, let her. I mean, why break them up to put her up with the older guy? It may LOOK better but will she FEEL good around him?
If she really wants to date the older guy tho, then let her.
Just remember: NEVER ever interfere with your friend's love life (private life) unless she asks for help or something. If she didn't ask for your help, don't pressure her to date the older guy.

now what does this friend want for herself? -the younger guy. you can only encourager her to like this older guy but you can't force her. . . just have your boyfriend and you should tell her what your guys think! -the worst thing that could happen is she disagrees. . . -but at least you tried.
good luck :]

If she likes him let her date him. Just make sure she doesn't use him. Sometimes it's a fate. You never know. Too much difference in age - when a girl is too much older - is not a good idea in my opinion. Up to 5 years difference, but no more, sounds OK to me ...

I think it's best to let her figure out whose the best for her. Maybe you should introduce her to the guy that likes her,. but ultimatly, it'll have to be her decision if she wants him or not.
