If so please help! My hubby's a GOOD Stepdad. Its been 1+1/2yr. we've been married. My daughter, 13 & him LOVE one another but she's VERY resistant in many ways. She's in contact w/ her biological Dad & thinks the world of him. That's fine but she's just..I don't know how to say it: all consumed w/ him, who's never taken 'good' care of her, doesn't pay child support, had to be tracked down to help out, etc. I decided long ago not to judge or chase him (for her sake: time, $$) anymore. He never missed a b-day or Christmas & that's more than enough for her. Her Stepdad wants to adopt her, give her our name, takes excellent care of her. BUT she's become CLINGY to her bio. dad who lives 5 hrs. away. WHY? They talk through 'myspace' almost daily. He's remarried w/kids - that's great! My Q's are: what names can she call her Stepdad - she won't do "Dad" & the 1st name thing's KILLIN me. As she grows will she appreciate him at all? It seems all that's reserved for a deadbeat. Help, please.

to participate in a threesome with them. I openly flirt with his girlfriend and joke about sex with them. They often openly discuss their sexual habits and it is only a matter of time before they offer me to participate. No doubt I will, but I feel like I might have a bad impact on their relationship. What do you think. I would like opinions but don't try to stop me, It wont work

Upon my husband's death, I inherited his 1/3rd interest in his mother's house. Over the last 10 years I've been paying 1/3 of the taxes and maintenance. It is very difficult for my sister-in-law to uphold her obligation and it's becoming more and more of a problem. I'm only keeping it for my children as I don't need the money and have enough assets to leave them upon my death, without the money from her house. It is understood that if the house is sold, and she is still living, the money will go to her. She says she will change her Will to include them, but I have no guarantee of that and upon her death there may not be any money left. I feel I may be depleting my assets to preserve the house now and I should just sign my interest over to my brother and sister-in-law. What do you think?

I have been in a realtionship for 13yrs we have been through so much together. Unfortunately, we have also hurt each other which I know can happen and maybe I should have let him go then but I didn't I forgave him. I always believed we were meant to be toghetetr and we could make it through anything. But now we have a 6yr old which is my adopted niece and a daughter that is about to turn 1. We are struggling financially and I mean we are BROKE!!! He was laid off about 4 mths ago and he has not found a job yet. McDonalds would work for me ok $ is $. I can not afford the whole family on my pay. I have been workin as much as I can but we have no car cause it broke down and I can't afford to get it fixed, our phone is shut off, I can't pay rent and this idiot wrote a check yesterday for beer and cigarettes when we have no $ in the bank. He didn't tell me about it and then lied to me. I only found out because the liquor store called with a question about the check crazy huh.

I asked: Is it possible to have more than one soul mate? And like very much the answer: your soul mate is yourself and I appreciate as well notes that you can have more than in your lifetime. My belief is your soul is developing once you concerned about. And if you and your soul mate develop in the same direction you have your soul mate forever, if not you may have more than one. What’s your point?

For the last few months he has been a ********. I try to organize to go out and catch up with him but he always 'doesn't know what he is doing' or 'can't be bothered.' During this time he has been hanging around with some of my other, not as close friends, and makes up stories to me about why he didn't tell me what he was doing or why he didn't reply to my messages. I have caught him out lying multiple times and he just says that the endless coincidences aren't his fault. One time I invited him to go to the movies, he didnt want to, he was tired. Two days later he messages me and says that he went to the movies with two of the other guys and he didn't let me know because there wouldn't have been enough time for me to come. Yesterday we went to our mutual friends engagement party and he was already drunk when he got there with the other guys, I went seperately. He was behaving like a 15 yr old, following the other guys around and jeering along with them, teasing my best mates girlfriend

Well, we met up for drinks and live music middle of last week. He had actually given me a choice of activities to do on our "date" and even offered to cook for me. After the evening he walked me home (linked arms!) and stayed till about 3am. Nothing happened we just talked, listened to music etc. I wasn't feeling great, too much alcohol on an empty stomach and he was very sweet about it. Texted him the next day to say thank you - he replied within 10 mins and since then nothing. I am not really expecting anything till next week, but a little advice on whether you think he is interested would be good and when to expect a text or a next date. Shld i be worried! Therfore questions:-

1) Does the fact he came over and stayed so late show interest even though he didnt hit on me?

2) Do I need to do anything?

3) How long do guys normally take to ask a girl out on a second date?

4) Do you think he knows i like him?

Thanx

I've been told that. I am wondering for inheritance purposes. Are the step-children automatically included as heirs, as your own children would be or only if you put them in your Will? So if you didn't have a Will, would they be a legal heir by law?

For the past 4 months, I've been dating this girl whom I like very much. In fact, I can only assume that I'm starting to fall in love. We do what any other ordinary couples might do.. watch movies, hang out with common friends, have dinner, and, once in a while, get intimate.

I plan on building a good relationship with this girl, and she promises the same. Are there any things you suggest that we can do to further deepen our relationship? I'd gladly appreciate well-formulated, honest suggestions that are not malicious in any way.

Ok situation. You meet the perfect girl. Have been friends with her for quite some time. She moved so is living quite far away now. She did (not sure now) have a thing for you . Now granted with the move things are hectic for her so not wanting to add to that. The fact that she is a really close friend makes it entirely hard to actually tell her how I feel. The bad thing is that I've been looking for the person she is my entire life so that makes it tough. I know the way I think of her will never change but would you think it would be worth it to either act on it or at least say something or just let it be and see if anything ever happens? The waiting is the problem because of the distance now. Totally lost on this one. Any thoughts?
