he went ther half a month ago.. should i tell him when he comes back in jan..? or should i tell him right now? but rite now he just seems sooo busy in his work ... so i dont think he will reply... atleast when he's here he will be in front of me and will have to reply... i CANT DO anything to keep him away from my thoughts....

I would tell him right now that you are interested in bringing your relationship to the next level ... that you find you have feelings for him that you would like to talk more about when he comes home in Jan .. Do not rush right in an tell him you "Love him " 1. it could scare him off ( he is trying to further his education right ? )...2 are you really sure its love ? ...
One step at a time girlfriend .. let him know you care and that your open to being there for him while he furthers his education and while he is at it .. what are you doing to further yours ?

Doll he is too busy and focused on his studies and future career. If you let him know it will probably be a long distance thing and those really dont last. Its best to do your own thing and go on. He has no time for anything else but his studies.
