She doesn't approve most of my dates. So i guess it would be wise that my mum comes along too. My girlfriend doesn't know yet.

Yeah, sure.

Get your date to bring someone and fix them up with your mother.

Sweetie, I think it would be best to leave the Mom behind. I mean, stopping over so that your Mom can meet your date is one thing, bringing her along is another. I can promise you, if you bring your mom, it will be the last date you have with this girl. And I can also tell you (as a Mom) that it is really hard for Mom's to let their boys go. And no girl will ever be good enough. We just learn to accept the girls that our little boys pick. But we don't have to like her. LOL

Wtihout a doubt, no. Think about this: who is the girl dating - you or your mother? In the end, it's what is good for you that counts. That doesn't mean that you should completely ignor what your mum says about a girl, just don't let her rule your judgement. Remember, if you decide to be with someone, the relationship is ultimately between you and the girl, not you, the girl and your mum.

Good luck.

A mother will never approve of who you are with.
It is just how a mother is.
You can bring home the most educated, the most beautiful, and the most well-rounded girl and she'd still find something wrong.

It's just a motherly instinct to be overly protective of her kids.
Especially her sons.

Best bet, you bring your mom along and you'll never see your girlfriend again. She'll see you as a mamas boy.

You need to let you mum know that she is not dating your dates you are, if she does not understand that, then wait until you leave home to date. then she will have no say so in it. How old are you? and to bring your mum on your first date, Are you crazy?

Without a doubt NNNNNNNNNO!!!! . If you are 6 years old and go McDonalds maybe yes. If your mum likes the girl GREAT. Its your life not your Mums. She should accept it otherwise she aint a good mother if she can't handle it. Did your Mums dad or mum go on her dates? She has to give you space to make your own decisions and respect them.

If mom doesn't approve of the girls you are wanting to date, you might want to question her on why she feels that way. Mom's have this weird way of being right about these types of things...

And no, it's not all right for mom to go on your dates... If you're old enough to date, you're old enough to not have mom around. Dating is taking a step into adulthood (if you're a kid/teen), and mom ain't gonna be around when you're living on your own.

If you are over 18 you might want your mum to stay at home, otherwise your date may question this.

First you should understand why your mother disagrees . Ofcourse a girl wants to date with you and does't like your mother to come , but if by taking yor mother she will agree and your girlfriend does't breakup just do it.
