my mother died a about 7months ago I was there when she died she had been real sick for months and on life support the doctors told me she wasn't ever gonna get better she was in a lot of pain I mean a lot her body was shutting down and her body was filln' up with fluid and blood the doctors told me I needed to make that choice to keep her on or take her off I took her off she died 13 minutes later. I held her hand though it all. I know she is gone how come it don't feel like it? When will this go away??

Carol & i fell out over 8.5 yrs ago. We have a beautiful daughter aged 8.5 but Carol also has another 4 kids younger than my daughter to 3 different guys, but after txtin her over the last few weeks i am now in havin thoughts about tryin to re-start our relationship, should i, is it worth it. To make things worse I am still in Scotland and she has moved to central England. Am I just clutching at empty straws and kidding myself on or what? Or should I go for it, then i ask myself if i could take on 4 children that aren't mine????? I'm sooooo confused!!! Please help!!!!

My problem is this. I'm a divorced, mid-fourties guy who has attained a modest level of success. I'm a responcible person who is a "nice guy" and likes being that way. I like being generous and kind to people. What I've found is that women really do like "bad boys" , and I can't find a good woman to build a relationship (and possibly a life) with. I've tried several different ways to meet someone, and with no luck. I've met women who wanted to party all the time, or who wanted to use me for all the money she could get out of me. I was reading on here about long distant relationships... and everyone says they can work as long as you the person once in a while.... well often do you need to see them? how often do you need to talk? i talk with my guy everyday for hours, sometimes 4 or 5 times a day.... but i won't get to see him for like 2 months and it'll be about 4 months from the last time i saw him... can it really work out between us?

I've been married over 7 years and my biggest issue with my hubby is the fact that he has never trully provided for me and my family. It's so frustrating and I am considering divorce. I think it's affected my respect for him. Am I being shallow? He really really loves me - I don't know what his problem is. He has no hussle about himself and I am sick of struggling with him. My dad has rarely been a part of my life and has never paid child support. My dad does by me gifts for my birthday and Christmas and that's essentially it. He occasionally may give me a little something (usu. under $100) if I ask him to help out with something. I see my mom is having a hard time making it as she has had in the past, but she doesn't want to do Child Support because it's too much of a hassle she thinks. I really need the extra income as does she. So I filled out the app in her name (I am mature and handle a lot of the billing in the home). Am I wrong for doing this? Am I wrong for feeling that after all these years, I still haven't been rewarded for my many accomplishements? Is it wrong for me to be mad that if he wants to buy a flat panel TV for $2000 when he feels like it over giving me $300 for a auto AC repair that cost $600 and all he does is give me a $100 and says I was ripped off when the whole damn AC was nearly replaced (the car is a model 1990)?

this is very personal please take it to heart when reading this im looking for some answers to help my realationship with my husband and myself my spouse is on some antidepression medication i believe the medicine is called biovail he has been taking this for about 3 months i have seen a differance in his behavior especially towards me and the children a lot of his words i find are abusive to me he has verbaly said things before to me in the past off and on but not as much i find he seems to be not as carring towards me he did always say i love you and sorry but now im hearing words like i dont care phrase we have been arguing alot this month has been very emotional for me i really need to talk to my husband i find when we talk it seems like we get into a battle again he can really egnore me when im upset and thats where i find i am weak and i feel as though he purposly does it to get me more upset he says its not true he goes to AA alot espesially if im upset at him..

Personal question. But I ask this as a young mother with a teenager. Things are changing so fast. My son is 15, I am fairly certain that he is not active. Not yet anyway. Communication gates are open without judgement, but a lot of good that does. What signs am I looking for. I just want to make sure that he is as careful as possible. We have both given him talks. Me and his father. Now how old was your teenager. I am asking parents or mature young people. I am trying to keep up, but it seems that he changes moods, perceptions, all in one day.
