yeah this is a hard one i do really feel for you as the kids are still quite small and dont really understand YET! If you haven't already you need to get into a routine and stick to the same routine every night so that they will no when it is bed time. Also for the youngest one try giving horlicks in the bottle, it makes them sleep easy and use lavender and camomile in their bath and how about a good bed time story. And then when they are FINALLY in bed make some time for you and hubby with a dvd bottle of wine and a take away and then an early night. Good luck to both of you it sounds as if you need it, Sounds like you are good parents!

Put the kids, and yourselves, on a schedule. Up at a certain time, meals at a certain time, chores done and in bed at a certain time. Yeah, they'll fight it, and bounce in and out of bed for a bit, but be firm. Put 'em to bed at 8:00 and make 'em stay there. That will leave you and your hubby a couple of hours a night to unwind.

Another thing you can do is to devote a couple of nights a month to just you and the hubby. Get a sitter. Go to the movies. Go for a walk. Go to dinner. Whatever. Just you and the hubby.

start a bedtime routine. Make it a more enjoyable experience for them and have them get involved. Use you imagination on this and what your kids like to do. Have a little competition and realize they are smarter thatn you think. Ok, whose gonna turn down the bed covers tonigh? Whose gonna be the first to brush their teeth? Whose turn is it to pick out a story book? The first one to fall asleep gets a surprise in the morning.....make sure you have one too! lol
Also, if there is a family member who can step in once in a while a nice hotel room for the evening with room service would be a relief and pleasure for both of you. Try it.

Pick one night a week and get a sitter then you two can do whatever you want as quality time together. Maybe even get a motel room, or if you have the kids grandparents close by let the kids have an over-nighter with them

HAV A BED TIME SET FOR THEM. ALL OF THEM AT ONCE,if ur husband stay all day at home dat means that the kids miss their mum. put them in bed, spend some time with them, tell them a story, ask them what they did with dady?... dont go into routine, each day do somethg different, u can tell them an intresting story and cutt it in the action, ull tell them that ull continue it the next day if they go to bed.
dont answer if they screamed or cried, they ll do that to bring ur attention to them.

buy the super nany book for jo forst, it might help.

The answer is easy the solution is a little harder. you have to set boundries kid's at that age should be in bed by eight they really need the proper amount of sleep.let them know ahead of time that is almost bed time read them a bed time story of thier choice or sing them a bed time song you and your husband can do it togather if they get out of bed put them back simply say goodnight love you if they sleep with you after thier asleep put them in thier own bed be consistant after awhile it willget easier and thier body clock's will adjust to the change making it easier to put them to bed

Go to bed when the kids do, set your alarm a bit early, and jump start your day!

make them go early and make time for each other when they are asleep.... don't allow them to play games on like sneaking in because then they'll control the house and not you.
