Depends when she started shouting, my wife recently defended a case where a 27 year old post grad woman spent the night w. a 19 year old fresher then started shouting rape in the morning. Currently the law in England is so patently biased against men that only 6% of cases end in conviction.

You bet your butt it is. (Unless her shouting was some kind of kinky sex game). I don't care how "gray" of an area this is but if either person, male or female, doesn't want it, it's rape. Pure and simple. No means no, no doubt about it. The problem would be bringing it before a jury. Date rape is hard to prove. Its one person's word against another. What a sad world we live in.

Yes, if they girl ment what she said sincerely "Don't do it" then it is rape. And whoever this girl is, she should tell the Police immediately !! It is hard to tell someone but its for everyone's best interest. Other girls and that girl you were talking about. Who knows...if that girl doesn't tell someone, then the guy might come back and do it again. I hope everything works out with that girl and that boy/man that did that gastly thing to her...Give my best regards...:)

Yes. Women can change their mind during sex, and the guy has to stop. Rape is anytime the sex isn't consentual, and a woman can withdraw her consent at anytime.

That sounds like someone got scared at the last minute and even though u or she was enjoying it at first once the word "no" was said he should have stopped. However there were some mixed singles there. But it stills sounds like RAPE.

well it's rape OR crazy role playing sexual fantasies... if i heard that though and it concerned me i would call the cops... but if a guy was raping a girl he probably wouldn't let her scream like that.

"IF a girl was having sex" so did she agree to having sex? or was she forced to have sex? "don't do it" don't do what?
The way you have structured your question, NO it is NOT rape...

If she was meaning that he should stop or not have sex with her, yes. Of course, she could mean she doesn't want him to ejaculate inside of her. More information is needed.

Not if they are in the privacy of their own home. That doesn't mean their parents' home. If not an adult, should not be having sex, so yes.
