In a conversation setting and only occurs when he is drinking, has happened 2 times now and he has no idea why, its a friend that lives in another state and he only talks to occasionally...I want to know if its something to worry about? He says its not.

well you know what they say about drinking, you generally lose all inhibitions and say what you are thinking. Something is up I would be very suspicious, next time he is drunk corner him, I mean if he wants to talk you might as well try to get the story from him. THere may not be anything but then again you just never know, gut feelings usually are never wrong

When you drink, you tend to say things that are in your heart and on your mind that you wouldn't actually say when sober.
I'd say there is something to worry about if this is a reoccuring problem.
