It is not a big taboo any longer for white girls to date black boys, and many are going back to dating white boys, so since that was the big taboo over the last 10 years, is young girls dating older men the last taboo? Everything else has been done.

I did everything for my wife when we were dating, I even bought her a new car a while back, supported her through college and law school. She had a high paying job she just got quit that she got right before got married. She was made triple my salary and saved up money and quit her job. Now when I need help, she insists we have seperate accounts, and won't even help me out now that it is me who needs a new car, she dosn't even pay a lot of the bills, she doesn't even help out for the mortgage on the house and insists that I am the " bread" winner, while she goes out and gets her nails done, buys expensive clothing, and purses.

I met this guy on campus at my university. We chatted about football and it turns out we have the same favorite restaurant. He asked for my phone number, and I gave it to him.

Then he asked what I was studying and I told him. I asked what he was studying and he, "Oh, I don't go here." WTF? I said, "What are you doing here?" and he said, "Oh I'm just hanging out."

Okay, so this definately makes him weird, but any theories on what's up with this guy?

My ex boyfriend told me not to have an abortion three times.I didnt want the baby because we had just met and he didnt seem like a stable person. Each time I made an appointment to have the abortion he talked me out of going through with it because he said he wanted another child and called me a baby killer. After emotional abuse and once physical abuse towards our baby and myself I began to realize the idea to have another child was a revenge against his ex wife. Then a friend of my boyfriend told me that he told him he never wanted Terrence and I was the one who insisted on have the baby. Now in a custody-visitation battle I want supervised visitation and full custody. I dont believe that this ex boyfriend of mine is mentally stable and would be a bad father. Do you agree that I should keep our son away from this person who only wants to hurt people. He also has had to take Anger Managment classes twice and is on probation for living with me after he physically hurt my son and I.

My boyfriend has talked on aol to his EX GFs in the past, not just talked but liek talking about what it would be like if they were still together and flirting with them and even asking them to come over and calling them names like hun. I know this for a fact because they have showed me the converstions. It has happened numerous times, I have called him on it and we almost broke up cuz it, this was a year ago. and now he is doing it AGAIN. but i cant seem to break up with him after 3 years. why not? what should i do? please help me

my ex and i have mutual friends. i saw him a party and pretty sure he saw me too. it's been years since we last saw each other and i thought we were cool. well it seems like he has a pattern of avoiding me or pretending that i'm not around whenever we run into get together like this. i remember talking to him in the past over the phone and he seemed fine and i thought we could still be good friends inspite of everything. but again, when we're in person, he's totally different. i am puzzled and disappointed. i really wanted to say hi but i was waiting for a little approach--it was his family's party after all. i know i'll be seeing him again and i just really want to get this awkwardness over with. so, i appreciate your thoughts on this.

I am a lesbian. Given recent political discussions involving gay marriage, I am particularly sensitive (and a bit resentful) of the fact that I cannot LEGALLY marry my partner in this country. Yet I watch my straight friends and colleagues getting married regularly.

One of my closest (straight) friends got married over the summer, and I did not attend, because I did not feel comfortable going to help her celebrate something that I myself cannot do in this country. The idea just makes me feel icky inside.

However, because we are close friends, she felt that I should be there anyway, given that it was such an important day for her--and that I was judging her and being unfair to her. She ended our friendhship because of this issue.

Who is right?

I am Married to a wonderful woman. She is moving to California for her work in October of this year. I will not be moving with her, but feel the need to help her find a friend that is a Female. She has enough Male friends that she works with. She is a closet Bi. She has the feelings for other Females, but is afraid to go their because of her work. She has mention this feeling to me before, but is not willing to explore them. She is smart, attractive(I think so), strong willed and funny. Well they spend the evening talking getting to know each other and spelling out what they are looking for in a relationship. Turns out they both want the same things - what a coinkidink! They hit off and make out - well as far as one can go without it being called a slutty night. That was saturday. Anyway, he asks to see her next day, she agrees, he never calls! Surprise!!! She calls him, he says hes busy with friends watching a movie too tired to go out! Thats sunday. She contacts him monday, no replies to her calls or sms's so by the evening she gets abusive - remember macy gray song "why didnt you call me?!". Tuesday. He calls her says shes over-reacting and things arent as they seem. Says he will call again after work - surprise NOTHING! Wednesday no contact whatsoever from both. Thursday he calls apologetic saying hes interested and wants to see her again (thing is cant commit to when) yada yada! She suspects hes in a relationship and is also a pathalogical psycho lying. Well?!

I was just reading over a few of the myspace Q&A's and I am wondering how so many people can really say that Myspace is to blame for kids being attacked by online pervs? Is it not the childrens parents who should be monitoring the computer time and telling their children what they should not and/or cannot view online while outside of the parents control (i.e. school)?

Parents tell their children about how smoking is bad for their lungs and drinking is not the "cool thing" to do, so isn't it so that parents also should tell their children of the dangers of the internet?

If some guy [whom you've seen before --like at social meetings/programs but were NEVER "officially" introduced to] upon recognizing you in the middle of the street---grabs you, hugs you and kisses you on the side of the forehead while saying "Hey, how are you doing?".....

I've only exchanged glances with this guy in the places I've seen him but we had never been within three feet of each other--let alone having an introduction. I dont "know" him. He treated me as though we'd been friends for a long time ---, like I was his fellow church member or something.

Anyway, that was the last time I saw him before he flew back to college for the fall.
