Good question. When I called my ex and told him I was pregnant he said "How much is this going to cost me?" I told him "Nothing, it's not yours." and haven't talked to him since. Doesn't seem fair that they can come and go as they please in the kids lives but, they can. I'm sorry for what you're going through. Have you asked for a drug test? That should put off the court for a few weeks and you never know, he may test dirty and be required by law to have supervised visitation!

Yes,I believe this man should be allowed visitation because in today's society a child badly needs both parents. However, any visitation should be supervised by "The Powers That Be" due to your boyfriend's track record, and for the safety of you and your child. Keep in mind that people do change. Even if your boyfriend does not change for the better, your child at least deserves to have both parents in his life. In time , when your child grows older, your child may decide that he does not want this character in his life, but at least give the child the opportunity to make that decision. You won't regret it.

I would want to keep my child as far away from someone like that as possible but if the judge say he has the right to see his child then I would ask for supervised visitation. I don't think he will even show for those from the way you describe him.

Very thoughtful question. I think that if you feel he is a danger to your child, do what you can to keep him away, but dear, if he is just a jerk and an ******, I know it sucks to give him anything, but I think your child will benefit from the presence of a second parent, even if that second parent has nothing to offer other than his presence.

No, he's not stable, and shouldn't get custody. You're lucky he already has his abuse on record, because that'll definitely help your case in court. Stress the fact that he's abused you and your child before, as well as his anger management problems.
Good luck!

All of this will come in to play when you go to court. Have faith that the judge will do the right thing.

You are the most despicable person in the world. You not only wanted to sacrifice and kill your baby after you messed up, but having another baby to punish someone else? What are you made out of? May God have mercy on you. Please don't use babies to satisfy your evil desires.
