i love my name debra, i am adopted and was given this name and i would not want a different name.....my parents chose this and it means a lot to me.....

My name is Natalee Kristine. I am not opposed to this name, it is nice, I like it and it will go well with my new last name after I am married next year. I wouldn't say that I would prefer another name though the meaning of my name needs to change. My name means born at christmas ....but I was born in September so that kind of dampers things a bit, and I was named after Natalie Wood, which hey, I'm not complaining she was an awesome schitzophrenic actress, but her real name was not natalie it was natasha....go figure.

Really !!.....Ya, my mom had no imagination when naming me. So, since my
name is very common, I never really liked it. And I flirted with the idea for yrs.,
to legally change my name. But I had to pick a name that sounded like mine,
or it would have been a stretch. So, I finally found a name that suited me
perfectly !! And now I am legally another name. My family still call me my birth
name, but my friends out where I live, only know me as my new name...
I love it !!!

yeah, not only liked my name but i loved it, it means 'gem' a precious stone, so thats how i personally viewed myself, a gem to my family, my friends, co -workers, even acquaintances, i make it a point that they would take notice how i can be a gem to each and every one of them. youlived up to what is your name , so i never wanted to have any other name.......:)

Hiyas, it's in Tagalog. it means jewel. it's okay for me when I'm with Filipinos but when I'm with Koreans they pronounce it
