-this is a little less funny now that I see sombody beat me to the "sheep porn" punchline. Sorry folks, they can't all be gems.

Quit working on the computer, or watching TV. This screen gives you waking up very much.
And do not count sheep, cuz it makes you work very well and cannot go sleep.
Just stay in the bed, and with small light, read some book.
OR in the bed count 10 happy things that happened today.
