my ex and i have mutual friends. i saw him a party and pretty sure he saw me too. it's been years since we last saw each other and i thought we were cool. well it seems like he has a pattern of avoiding me or pretending that i'm not around whenever we run into get together like this. i remember talking to him in the past over the phone and he seemed fine and i thought we could still be good friends inspite of everything. but again, when we're in person, he's totally different. i am puzzled and disappointed. i really wanted to say hi but i was waiting for a little approach--it was his family's party after all. i know i'll be seeing him again and i just really want to get this awkwardness over with. so, i appreciate your thoughts on this.
