By going trick-or-treating. My parents did not allow us (at first) to go trick-or-treating because of our location, but now that we're in a safer one, they do. What do you do for Halloween if you don't allow your kids to go trick-or-treating? What are some good alternitives?
Thanks!

I am from a divorced situation and my children have to visit their father once a month. While they are there, they visit with their grandparents too. Both my little ones have told me that they don't like the way grandpa holds them down while wrestling. I have asked him to stop and he still insists on being rough with the children. What can I do legally to keep him from bullying my babies?

I've had this problem for about 3 years now. It's as if certain folk (1 in particular) are obsesively overprotective. By the way, I"m 25 (almost 26) years old.

A young teenaged girl was a prostitute and, for obvious reasons, kept it a secret from her grandma. One day, the police raided a brothel and arrested a group of prostitutes, including the young girl. The prostitutes were instructed to line up in a straight line on the sidewalk. Well, who should be walking in the neighborhood, but little old Grandma. The young girl was frantic.
Sure enough, Grandma noticed her young granddaughter and asked curiously, "What are you lining up for, dear?" Not willing to let grandma in on her little secret, the young girl told her that some people were passing out free oranges and that she was lining up for some.

"Mmm, sounds lovely," said Grandma. "I think I'll have some myself," she continued as she made her way to the back of the line. A police officer made his way down the line, questioning all of the prostitutes. When he got to Grandma, at the end of the line, he was bewildered. "But you're so old... how do you do it?"

Grandma replied, "Oh, it's quite easy, sonny... I just remove my dentures and suck 'em dry!"

I dont want to seem corny or like I'm sucking up, I just want o do something that will make her very happy and feel special. Any idea what I should do? I already lend her books and DVDs and make CDs for her, and get her little souvenieres, but I want to do something really special, I love making her happy.

Thanks for any help!!

my parents don't buy much food for my house, but they expect me to make my own meals quite a lot of the time and feed myself. i'm fifteen and growing loads, so i'm hungry all the time, but they buy nice food occasionally and get really annoyed that i've eaten it all, even though there isn't that much for me to choose from. i've tried talking to them about it, but they say i'm being silly and there's plenty to choose from. i just don't think it's healthy to eat pasta or beans on toast every night. what should i do?

This 90 year old virgin went to see her OBGYN because she had some itching problems. The doctor comes in and asks her “what’s the problem” and she told him, “she was having some itching problems”, so he had her get undressed and on the table. He checks her out and then has her get dressed. The doctor asks her if she wants the good news first or last, she says “good news first”. The doctor says “you don’t have crabs”. She says “what’s the bad news?” and the doctor say’s “your cherry is rotten and you have fruit flies”.

when i moved here, a lot of boys were staring at me. i thought they were making fun of me, but my new friend jessica said that there were a ton of boys who liked me. of course, i was in shock, because as far as i knew, no boy had ever liked me in my life, except for some kid that lived 100 miles away from my school and another kid a year younger than me. jessica told me about this 6 months ago. now, just today, i told my other friend jannat about the 1st day because she was curious (we had just become friends because she used to make fun of me, but actually got to know me and now were friends). when i told her what jessica said, she told me not to believe her because jessica apparently lies a lot. i know both of them to gossip a lot and to have big mouths, so who do i believe? someone i just became friends with but used to make fun of me for 5 months straight, or someone ive been friends with ever since i moved?

What's the best way to tell somebody that I'm not interested in starting a relationship with them? Instincts tell me to just say it flat out but should I try to be a little more tactful? I'd like to maintain my friendship with this person.
