i was at a party like 2 or 3 weeks ago and we were playing spin the bottle (stupid) and i had to kiss this guy but then, my long-term friend that i use to have a crush on, said to him, "if u dont want to kiss her, i'll kiss her for you". But when i really had to kiss my long-term friend the next time (he kissed me first) i felt something strong inside of me, like my heart was pounding...? But the big problem is that i really dont know if he likes me or not or, if i like him or not. Besides he has a girlfriend...but everytime, he keeps on making this strange look at me...What do you guys think about this problem? I use to like him.....are my feelings coming back to me?

My girlfriend calls me sometimes and just asks these relatively unimportant questions like "how was your day?" "how are you?" and "what are you up to?". This is just a waste of my time. Also, I feel that when I need to talk to her I will call her, but for her to call me is not her place. I feel that the man should do the calling and the woman be on the receiving end. Unfortunately, I need to find a good way to say all this without sounding like a jerk to everyone. Any ideas?

We were together for a month after 1 week we met. He treats me nicely n gentlely. But he dun call or see me often, dun feel like he cares for me. I told him how i felt but he cant take it and wanted to hold back. We are now together again after talking in front of his sister (as he cant make decision by himself whether to continue the relationship). Since that, we are like normal friends, chatting on the phone and no dates. I felt that he actually wants someone to care for him and listen to his problems. Is he really serious about me? I dont know,but latly I get the feeling that my mom hates me or something.She always puts me down&crtisizes me& no matter what I do its never good enough or its not nearly as good as she would do it.& Shes been losing weight& it seems like shes shoving it in my face.How shes "lost 2 pants sizes".Its really frustrating&kinda heartbreaking to be treated that way by your own mother.

The nice guy calls you up and asks you out. He flirts with you and talks to you when he sees you. He's not afraid of you saying no or otherwise being rejected. He doesn't let other people walk all over him. He stands up for what he believes in, and takes the steps to make it happen.

On the other hand, "bad boys" are weak and insecure. They overcompensate by being loud, vulgar, and attention-seeking. Women love these men, and falsely believe that they are "confident".

Why are women in such denial about this?

My 11 yrs old golden passed last night at home in my lap, before I could do anything. My exs (2 of them) who are still very good friends of mine and knew her, called and really felt sad for me and listened to me crying. I called my BF of 2 mths asked if he can come or I can go over since I really need some shoulder to cry on. He said he is busy until late tonight..however he said a few thing like, she was old, better for her to not be in pain, etc..they 're truth but no sympathy or even said that he is sorry for me at all. He even asked if I ever lost pet before. Our conversation were so dead air..Is he just cold or am I too sad to think straight? Would you cancel your plan(weekend plan) to be with your GF/BF in this kind of situation?

My friend's birthday is tomorrow, September 11. Every year ever since it happened, he has been sad on his birthday because it seemed like no one remembered his birthday and they were all too preoccupied with remembering the anniversary for September 11, 2001.

So, I was just wondering if anyone had an ideas on how to cheer him up...I already made him a birthday card, and I got him a really cool present that I know he will like.

All I need are some ideas on how to cheer him up tomorrow, and ideas on how to avoid the 9/11 subject.

I have a pretty powerful back massager, the one with a ball on the end. Every once in a while I tease my BF with it, touching the head of his "you know". I drives him crazy and he lasts about 90 seconds before blowing his stuff.

For the ladies: Can you translate this for me?
Met a girl who trained me at an old job of mine. Ever since, we'd have deep convos where she'd usually call me, and confide in me about a lot for hours on end. She also would laugh at things I didn't mean to be funny, and was apologetic alot when she didn't need to be. She would also call me up during a holiday and also spent 5 hours on the phone with me the other night, apologizing saying how she had been busy because of her job.

She does have a boyfriend though, that's why I'm not pushing it. They been together for 4 years, but she'll tell me that it's not the greatest, and when she goes over there she makes it sound like its a night job rather than spending time with him. She also says to me that she's faithful.

What is it that's going on......exactly? Is there more to it than can be assumed already? I had already asked her out once for coffee to see her reaction and she kind of had this smile and said whenever she could, she'd definitely make time for me.........

This may sound mean but I am really at wits end. I have custody of my son from a previous marriage. His dad is a complete loser. Ever since he was 6 wks old, my mom has babysat him. He is now nine, she still watches him, in fact he stays with her most of the week for school and conveniences do to that. I'm now remarried and he is no longer the only child which really bothers him. He's also ADHD. He is extremely close to my mom and when he is home with me, he'll go to the neighbors house and make up stories of abuse, so that he can get his own way and go back to my moms. He has called the police twice now and told them lies. If this continues....I fear that my baby girls will be taken from me because he is a convincing liar.
I have been giving serious thought to just washing my hands of him completely and giving him up to my mother. Any thoughts? Does anybody know how to give up parental rights? Advice please. I'm emotionally drained from all this.
