Mother came to dad and said she could not care for 4 year old daughter. Father had been paying child support in kentucky and also had child for last year. Mother has moved to georgia and won't tell where nor will she agree to joint custody. Father is working in texas now with daughter doing fine but is still having the wages taken from his check sent to mother . What is procedure to get the wages from being taken out if he is raising daughter and mother won't agree to at least joint custody. They were never married but the father's name is on birth certuificate and the mother asked father to raise the child. Now that he has said something about paying the support, she wants child back, but still has no means to care for her.
what agency does he contact first that won't take the child from him and give back to mother? Child is better off with father by far!!!

just recently, i noticed a girl. she looked cute.she is a bookworm. she has a good personality and thats why i like her. we hung out but it was boring. she and i have nothing in common in that she like the things that i don't. i like her because she's cofident in the way she looks and how she acts. should i give it another go and whut shoulde we do. when should i tell her that i like her and want her to be mai gf. this is not a crush so don't think of it this way. by doing whut things should i do to make her like me back. i need help and fast. should i go after her now before its too late, and if i do whut should i say, i'm shy

i wouldn't because there's no real relationship and then if you wanted a relationship and the other person didnt then you would probably feel used and abused.... tell me what you think

My ex husband expects me to forward 130.00 to my child who lives away at college each week. According to his way of thought the money is hers. She stays here during breaks and Summer. Am I obligated to forward her the money? I maintain a lovely home for her and her siblings year round... Is there a lawyer in the house?

I started a "blog" 360 page on a whim one Saturday, added about five entries in a month just figuring it out. Put on some pictures of my family , then showed her what I was doing after the five entries,and she blew her top,since I hadn't told her for the whole month. She says "blogging is wrong and dangerous" made me delete all and I tried to remove from the web.
I think having a blog is just fun and I still want to and just leave comments about her and my kids out. She says now it is about trust and she doesn't have any now Anybody want to comment to us their opinions?

i have a friend who had a bf who she loved and who loved her very much. However, she recently had to move away to another country bc she is still only 17 and living with her parents and her parents had to move for business purposes. She is coming back home for college next year tho. She had been dating this guy for 5 months but 3 of those months have been long distance....and they thought that they would be seeing each other this fall but it turns out that they wont be able to.....only next year.The thing is....her bf said he wanted to wait for her bc he really loves her.....and so she said she would wait for him too cuz she loves him alot too. However, about 3 weeks later....he told her he needed to take a break, that the pain was just 2 much 2 bear and that e was weak and couldnt handle her not being there with him for soo long. My frend now has been having doubts....she thinks that if he really loved her he would wait for her and bear the pain.

Me and hubby have been trying to get pregnant and sex has been a little boring. It seems like he has gotten used to the TTC sex and we used to have some really wild sex. So, I'm going to send him out and hae him run some errands for me and while he's gone I'm going get into a black corset, thong, high heels, garter, stocking, and make up and perfume, fix him some Crown Royal and Cola, put on some rock music and put sme red light bulbs in he bedroom. When he gets home I'll leave him a note to come to the bedrrom when he gets to the bedroom I'll have a blindfold with a note that says to put it on and knock. Then I'll let him in and sit him in a chair and take his blindfold off and give him a little striptease?lapdance and let him have his way with me (were not the love making kind of couple) Does this sound like good idea to spice it up or any better ideas or will this shock him?

but I've never spoken to her and I don't sit by her. Would it be creepy (would you ladies find it creepy) if I came up to her after class and introduced myself, and asked her if she'd like to go out for a drink or lunch, even though I've never talked to her before? I suspected an affair for the entire time. He aggressively denied
it, even implying that I was "crazy". He cheated during my whole
pregnancy. He never used condoms with her. Ever since then ,
4 years ago, I am unable to trust him. He claims he'll never be
unfaithful again, but our relationship is not the same. I'm even
wondering if he was in love with her. He did tell her he loved her
and explained this by stating he said it only to get what he wanted
and that was sex. I'm so confused. I can't start over unless I'm
sure. He seemed really sorry. I made him go for a variety of
tests to make sure he did not contract anything.

Two weeks ago, he "accidentally" said her name while talking
to our daighter. Her name was Laverne. Instead of saying
Avril Lavigne, He said, Avril Laverne. I feel that she is still on
his mind. I feel he isn't being honest with me about his feelings.
Please advise.

I am 22, married, and starting a great career, but I feel lost. I feel like this isnt the life I am suppossed to be living. It is almost like I fell into some mold. I am proud of my acheivements and the things that I have accomplished. But this isnt me, I have become what others want to see.

I am still trying to figure out how I got to this point. Like I was myself one day and this person the next. But now I think I am in denial trying to convince myself that "this is it" this is what life is made of. I feel I am in so deep it's too late to turn it around.

I have set such a good example for my family, that if I try to be my true self I will truly dissapoint them.

I want to know are there any others that feel lost like me? And if so how do you cope with it?
