I dont think there are any free cell phone directories yet! Does she have a home number? If you need a home number, there are tons online (google one) or call 1-800-Free-411 Or 1-800-411-Metro for residential listing if you wanted her home number.

I don't know about the cell phone book. Maybe you could put an ad in the paper for that city, hopefully, her or someone she knows would see it. I wish you luck.
